Double-Layer Wall Mobile Toilet
The double-layer wall mobile toilet achieves efficient thermal insulation through special wall design, adapting to low-temperature environments and featuring diverse designs and applications.

In terms of structural form, double-layer wall mobile toilets come in various designs. One common form is a wooden structure paired with double-layer walls and an electric tracing system. Taking the Hulunbuir region as an example, some wooden mobile toilets there adopt this design. Under extreme cold conditions of -28℃, the electric tracing system can assist in heating, ensuring that the interior temperature of the toilet remains suitable and maintaining normal usage. This design cleverly combines the basic thermal insulation performance of the double-layer walls with the active heating function of the electric tracing, effectively coping with extreme low-temperature weather.
Another design is the 'sandwich layer' wall structure, which is a typical design of modern mobile toilets. Its walls are composed of an outer layer of metal carved panels, a middle layer of 50mm rock wool insulation, and an inner layer of fireproof panels. The outer metal carved panels are not only aesthetically pleasing but also provide a certain degree of protection; the middle 50mm rock wool insulation layer is a key thermal insulation component, with rock wool having excellent thermal insulation properties that effectively prevent heat loss; the inner fireproof panels enhance the fire safety of the walls.
In terms of application effectiveness, double-layer wall mobile toilets offer significant advantages. Mobile toilets with a 'sandwich layer' wall structure can maintain an indoor-outdoor temperature difference of over 25℃ in severe cold environments of -35℃. This means that the interior of the toilet can remain relatively warm and comfortable, providing a good user experience while also ensuring the normal operation of various facilities inside the toilet, avoiding equipment damage or malfunctions caused by low temperatures.
With their diverse structural designs and outstanding thermal insulation performance, double-layer wall mobile toilets have been widely used in cold regions, providing an effective solution to the challenge of using toilets in low-temperature environments.
