Disassembly-type Mobile Toilet
A disassembly-type mobile toilet is a temporary sanitation facility that integrates the functions of a traditional fixed restroom into a detachable and easily transportable structure through modular design, suitable for scenarios such as outdoor construction sites, tourist attractions, and new rural reconstruction projects.

Structural Design and Material Selection
The main frame is made of metal materials (such as iron sheet 02 profiles) to provide structural support. The exterior is covered with color-coated steel plate trim, and the interior sandwich layer is filled with 5mm thick foam material, offering both strength and thermal insulation properties. The top and bottom adopt a separated design. The loose-parts shipping mode allows transportation to remote areas via small vehicles. During on-site assembly, only simple tools like screwdrivers are required for splicing, without the need for a professional construction team.
Functional Configuration and User-friendly Details
The standard dimensions of the equipment are 1100×1100mm in width and length and 2000mm in height. The interior space is compact but meets basic usage requirements. It comes standard with plastic windows and metal locks, providing ventilation and basic security protection. The color-coated steel trim prevents sharp edges from being exposed, reducing usage risks. According to requirements, a shower function can be added. Through waterproof sealing design, water stains are prevented from leaking out, forming a simple shower room. Some products support customized services, such as adding handrails, emergency call devices, and other elderly-friendly configurations.
Application Scenarios and Technical Adaptability
The modular nature supports rapid coverage of scattered areas. For example, in new rural reconstruction projects, it can be quickly deployed to remote residential points. In outdoor construction sites, multiple units can be combined to meet the sanitation needs of densely populated areas. Tourist attractions or large-scale event venues can take advantage of its mobility to dynamically adjust the layout according to the flow of people. The equipment adopts a dry-wet separation design concept, separating wastewater from solid waste through drainage channels and sewage collection buckets, reducing the difficulty of later cleaning and minimizing odor diffusion.
Installation and Maintenance Precautions
Before assembly, check that all loose parts are complete. During installation, splice the frame in the order specified in the instructions. Ensure that doors and windows open and close smoothly before fixing the exterior panels. During use, avoid hitting the color-coated steel surface with hard objects to prevent the coating from peeling off and causing rust. In low-temperature environments in winter, drain the accumulated water in a timely manner to prevent ice expansion from damaging the structure. When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to disassemble it and store it in a dry and ventilated place to prevent corrosion of metal parts due to a humid environment.
