Dimensions of Prefabricated Panel Houses

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The dimensions of prefabricated panels in prefabricated panel houses mainly include three aspects: span (length), width, and thickness, as detailed below:

Span (Length): The maximum span of prefabricated panels for residential use is 4.2 meters, a dimension that does not follow modular rules. Customization is required for spans exceeding this length. Common length specifications for ordinary prefabricated panels include 3000mm, 3300mm, 3600mm, 3900mm, and 4200mm, with 4200mm being the most frequently used. Additionally, there are special-length prefabricated panels, such as 3800mm and 4000mm, with 3800mm being more commonly used among special panels. The modular length of prefabricated panels is generally 300mm, meaning the length can be incremented by this module to meet various architectural needs.

Width: The width specifications of prefabricated panels are relatively concentrated, primarily at 500mm and 600mm, with 400mm also being available. Different widths of prefabricated panels also differ in the number of holes; for example, a 400mm-wide panel typically has four holes, while a 500mm-wide panel has five. This design helps enhance the load-bearing capacity and stability of the prefabricated panels while meeting different architectural layout requirements.

Thickness: Common thickness specifications for prefabricated panels are 120mm and 150mm. Among these, 120mm is the standard thickness, suitable for general architectural needs. However, if water pipes or electrical wires need to be embedded within the prefabricated panels, a thickness of at least 150mm is recommended to ensure sufficient space for pipeline layout while maintaining the overall strength and stability of the panels. This design takes into account the diversity and practicality of architectural functions, enabling prefabricated panels to better adapt to various architectural scenarios.
