Dilapidated Container Mobile House

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

Dilapidated containers can be transformed into mobile houses, offering unique advantages and a variety of application scenarios.

Transformation Methods and Structural Features:

  • Utilizing standard containers as carriers, they are transformed into independent units. Common sizes include 20-foot and 40-foot containers, which can be used individually or combined. The transformation process requires addressing issues such as steel structure corrosion prevention and load-bearing optimization. For example, adding C-shaped steel purlins between the bottom beams evenly distributes the load, allowing the containers to remain structurally stable even when stacked three layers high. Additionally, shot blasting and rust removal followed by protective paint application on the container surface ensures a longer service life in harsh environments.

Performance Advantages:

  • Environmental Friendliness: The core value of container houses lies in the full lifecycle recycling of materials. Compared to traditional temporary buildings, they have lower carbon emissions and a controlled dismantling and loss rate, significantly reducing construction waste.
  • Thermal Insulation: By adopting a bridge-cut inner lining structure, where hard polyurethane foam is filled between the steel frame and interior wall panels, and rubber insulation pads are installed, the heat exchange efficiency between the interior and exterior of the container is effectively reduced, decreasing reliance on heating or cooling equipment.
  • Portability: Foldable container houses feature a folding design, allowing for compressed volume during transportation and quick deployment upon arrival. The deployment time for a single unit can be controlled within a short period, making them suitable for office needs that require frequent relocation.

Application Scenarios:

  • Suitable for various scenarios such as project departments, construction site command centers, exploration teams, temporary command posts, temporary office spaces in industrial parks, and event planning sites. Additionally, they can be customized as residential units, such as rustic cottages or green houses, with reasonable interior space planning and equipped with facilities like air conditioning, offering a high level of living comfort.
