Deyang Prefabricated Assembled Housing

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

Deyang has established a comprehensive development system in the field of prefabricated assembled housing, encompassing policy guidance, project support, supply chain collaboration, technical specifications, and corporate participation, making it a benchmark city among prefecture-level cities in Sichuan.

Policy Promotion: Clarifying Green Building and Prefabricated Building Development Goals

The Deyang Municipal Government has incorporated green building ratings and prefabricated building requirements into planning conditions through the Implementation Plan for Accelerating Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction in Deyang's Construction Sector. It prioritizes the implementation of Class A prefabricated buildings in key projects such as affordable housing, schools, and hospitals. Additionally, a standard system covering the entire lifecycle of prefabricated buildings—from design, production, and construction to maintenance—has been established to provide policy support for standardized industry development.

Project Implementation: Leading Scale and Proportion

As of the first quarter of 2026, the newly commenced construction area of prefabricated buildings in Deyang reached 3.82 million square meters, accounting for 47.3% of newly built structures, ranking first among prefecture-level cities in Sichuan for three consecutive years. There are 142 planned/under-construction prefabricated-related projects in the city, with over 60% having entered the equipment and material procurement or construction bidding stages. For example, a school project in Jingyang District adopted a formwork-free baseplate + fully bolted connection system, while an resettlement project in Guanghan required suppliers to have a track record of supplying similar projects within Sichuan, reflecting technical adaptability and localized supply chain requirements.

Localized Supply: Accelerated Formation of Regional Collaborative Supply Chains

Deyang has imposed a strict requirement of a "travel time ≤ 90 minutes" for PC component factories. In the first quarter of 2026, 73% of the winning component suppliers were registered in Deyang or the adjacent Fucheng District of Mianyang. Clauses such as "local warehousing response time ≤ 24 hours" and "provincial transportation radius ≤ 150 km" in procurement documents increased in frequency by 67% year-on-year, promoting efficient operation of regional collaborative supply chains, reducing logistics costs, and enhancing project response speeds.

Technical Specifications: Unified Standards and Personnel Qualification Management

The calculation of the prefabrication rate uniformly follows DBJ51/T 099-2025. The new regulations increase the weighting ratio for stairs and balcony slabs while eliminating the conversion coefficient for non-load-bearing internal partitions, guiding technological optimization toward structural safety and functional integration. Meanwhile, on-site hoisting teams must be certified and registered, and key personnel such as tower crane operators and grouting workers must be recorded in the city's construction worker real-name registration platform, strengthening construction process supervision and quality traceability.

Corporate Participation: Products Covering Multi-Scenario Demands

Enterprises such as Congmei Prefabricated Building Light Steel Housing Villas (Deyang Branch) offer products including light steel villas and steel-structured prefabricated houses, with supply coverage extending to Jingyang District, Zhongjiang County, Luojiang District, and other areas in Deyang, as well as other cities within Sichuan Province. Corporate participation drives technological iteration and market popularization, forming a virtuous cycle of "policy-project-enterprise" interaction.
