Design Container House Images

When designing container houses, you can refer to the following image inspirations and key points:

I. Appearance and Structural Design
- Apple Pod Container: It features an arched roof design and integrated metal wall panels, creating a shape that combines rounded edges with sharp corners. The main frame is welded from hot-dip galvanized square steel, with commonly used specifications including 100×100mm and 80×80mm galvanized square tubes. The wall panels are made of aluminum-zinc color-coated steel plates combined with rock wool or polyurethane insulation materials. The size range for foreign trade is from 5.8 meters × 2.2 meters to 11.5 meters × 2.2 meters, while the conventional size for domestic trade is 3 meters × 6 meters, supporting modular assembly and stacking.
- Transformed Container Tiny Home: Based on an ordinary container, it adds large doors at the front and back and an additional door in the middle, connecting to a patio. The four corners of the roof are connected by lifting rods, and solar panels are installed on top for both lighting and energy supply.
- Mountain Resort Hotel Container: Built from a combination of six containers, it is stacked according to the terrain, naturally forming a courtyard in the middle. The rooms feature large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the roof is reshaped to blur the original industrial feel of the containers.
II. Internal Functional Zoning
- 15㎡ Mini Home: It adopts a functional overlapping strategy, compressing the kitchen and bathroom into a wet area and integrating overall bathroom technology. The living and sleeping areas are switched between day and night through convertible furniture, such as wall-mounted folding tables and drop-down beds. The space utilization rate is extremely high, but systematic planning for storage is required; otherwise, the actual usable area will shrink by more than 20%.
- 30㎡ Container Villa: It is internally divided into a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub, achieving dry-wet separation through wooden wall partitions. The open balcony is divided into two levels, with the top level being a wooden platform拼接 (spliced) with black metal railings and viewing seats.
- Minimalist Container House: The interior mainly features wood and large areas of glass. The bathroom is tiled with blue gradient tiles, and a suspended marble sink saves space. The kitchen adopts a linear countertop with simple light strips installed on top, relying on natural light during the day.
III. Material and Performance Optimization
- Thermal Insulation: The Apple Pod targets extreme climates by spraying a high-density polyurethane insulation layer on the wall panels, combined with underfloor heating, air conditioning, and heat pump technology, achieving an overall heat transfer coefficient K value of ≤0.28W/㎡·K, meeting ultra-low energy consumption standards. The Hohhot container house adopts a three-layer structure, with an outer layer of 0.6mm galvanized sheet for wind and sand resistance, an intermediate layer filled with 80-100mm rock wool, and an inner layer of PVC-coated steel plate to reduce heat radiation.
- Structural Safety: The Suzhou Zhongnan packing container has a frame deformation rate of only 0.18% under conditions of a Category 12 typhoon and a Category 8 earthquake, far below the industry's qualified threshold of 0.3%. The CIMC standard container house can withstand winds of Category 11 and earthquakes of Magnitude 7, with a deformation rate of 0.27%.
