Dazi County Container Mobile House

Admin 17 de septiembre de 2026

The Dazi County container mobile house (Model: zdhdf) is a construction solution specifically designed for temporary or mobile needs. Produced in Lhasa City, it features easy installation, durability, comfort, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness, making it suitable for construction sites, event venues, and other scenarios. However, attention should be paid to issues such as terrain, maintenance, and space limitations.

Core Features

  1. Easy Installation: With a quick-assembly design, an ordinary worker can complete the assembly of a single room in about 5 minutes on a flat surface without the need for professional tools. The frame is foldable, and after unfolding, the four corner pillars and crossbeams are fixed with bolts. The walls and floor are spliced through slots, making the operation simple and efficient.
  2. Durable and Comfortable: The walls are made of fire-resistant rock wool color steel plates, providing good thermal insulation and maintaining stable indoor temperatures in winter. No significant deformation was observed during simulated wind and rain tests. The floor is made of 15mm cement fiberboard, which is slip-resistant and wear-resistant. The plastic-steel doors and windows have excellent sealing properties, effectively isolating the external environment.
  3. Flexible and Cost-Effective: It supports both rental and sales models. The daily rental rate is 8-10 yuan per room, suitable for short-term projects or seasonal needs, reducing initial costs. In the sales model, the product is highly portable, easy to transport after disassembly, and reusable.
  4. Wide Application Scenarios: It is commonly used for temporary dormitories, offices, and warehouses at construction sites, or for setting up at event venues. For example, on the high-altitude construction sites in Lhasa, it can quickly build employee rest areas to meet urgent needs.

Precautions

  1. Terrain Impact: For rugged terrain, a foundation needs to be prepared in advance; otherwise, the installation time may be extended, and stability may be affected.
  2. Door and Window Maintenance: After long-term use, the sealing properties need to be checked regularly to avoid air leakage or water seepage.
  3. Space Limitations: The fixed size (3m×6m×2.7m) may limit the internal layout, and it is recommended to customize the size according to needs.
  4. Assembly Difficulties: It needs to be assembled in the correct order to avoid structural looseness; an uneven ground surface will reduce stability; the sandwich panels and rock wool materials need to be cleaned regularly to prevent dust accumulation from affecting performance.

Installation Process

  1. Site Preparation: Choose a flat and solid ground, check it with a level, clear away gravel, and lay a gravel base, reserving a space of 3m×6m.
  2. Component Inspection: Unpack and check the folding frame, sandwich panel walls, cement fiber floor, and plastic-steel doors and windows, paying special attention to checking whether the fire-resistant rock wool color steel plates are damaged.
  3. Frame Assembly: Unfold the main frame, fix the four corner pillars, and then connect the crossbeams. The operation should be gentle to avoid deformation.
  4. Wall and Floor Installation: Lay the floor and align the seams, hang the wall sandwich panels (insert them into the slots from the bottom up), and finally install the doors and windows and test their opening and closing.
  5. Infrastructure Connection: If water and electricity are required, connect them through the reserved holes in the wall panels, but this should be done by professionals to avoid safety hazards caused by self-modification.
  6. Testing and Adjustment: Gently push the house to check its stability, confirm the sealing properties of the doors and windows, and clean the interior before use.
