Daying County Container Houses

The applications of container houses in Daying County are mainly reflected in the construction of agricultural sales points and customized services for movable houses.

I. Construction of Agricultural Sales Points

Longsheng Town in Daying County has arranged and constructed five agricultural sales points along the expressway. These sales points are centered around the transformation of containers, creating convenient direct-sales platforms for agricultural products through low-cost and standardized designs. The specific features are as follows:

1. Functions and Benefits

   • The container sales points achieve “small space, multiple functions”. Inside, agricultural products can be sorted, weighed, and packaged. Outside, their bright colors blend with the rural scenery, attracting consumers.
   • Business operators directly connect with the market through the container sales points, reducing sales costs and significantly increasing sales. For example, the sales at the Tumenya Village sales point increased from two to three hundred yuan per day to a maximum of three to four thousand yuan.
   • The sales points mainly focus on seasonal fruits and plan to expand to local vegetables and traditional Chinese medicinal herbs in the future, forming a pattern of “one seasonal highlight per season and special local products throughout the year”.

2. Policy Support

   • Longsheng Town adopts the “government sets the stage, farmers perform” model, encouraging villagers to operate independently, improving supporting facilities, and promoting rural revitalization. The container sales points have become “common prosperity cabins” connecting urban and rural markets, stimulating the endogenous driving force of rural industries.

II. Customized Services for Movable Houses

Daying County and its surrounding areas offer customized services for container movable houses, covering various needs such as residential, office, and mobile panel houses. The specific service contents include:

1. Service Scope

2. Product Types

   • In terms of functions, they support scenarios such as living, office, and warehousing. Some enterprises also offer customized products such as mobile toilets, sentry boxes, and duty rooms.
