Datun Container House

"Datun Container House" mainly refers to the "mini mushroom houses" developed by Xingchunhe Company in Luanping County, used for mushroom cultivation and driving local poverty alleviation. Here is a detailed introduction:

1. Basic Information
The "container" in Yaogoumen Village, Datun Town, Luanping County, is actually the "mini mushroom house" developed by Xingchunhe Company. By miniaturizing traditional mushroom production workshops, it forms a standardized cultivation unit with a small footprint and fixed processes. Each mushroom house is divided into multiple small rooms, with areas ranging from 40 square meters to 150 square meters. Steel frames are set up inside the rooms for placing mushroom spawn blocks, and control boxes are used to adjust parameters such as temperature and water volume, enabling industrialized mushroom cultivation. For example, each room in the mushroom houses in Yaogoumen Village can produce up to 28 tons of mushrooms annually, with an annual income exceeding 30,000 yuan, significantly improving the economic benefits of poor households.

2. Technical Characteristics
The mini mushroom houses adopt a modular design, making them easy to operate and with a low technical threshold. The company provides unified services including culture medium materials, technical training, product acquisition, processing, and sales. Farmers only need to be responsible for basic tasks such as watering and harvesting. For example, Song Yanwen, a 60-year-old poor household, not only received dividends by participating in the project but also worked as an operator in the mushroom house, increasing her monthly income by 3,000 yuan. In addition, the internal environment of the mushroom houses is controllable, being cool in summer and warm in winter, with low labor intensity, making them suitable for poor populations to participate in.

3. Poverty Alleviation Model and Effects
Luanping County promotes the mini mushroom houses through the "enterprise-household joint operation" model. It has built 29 mushroom houses, covering 87 poor households, and plans to promote 1,000 sets across the county. This model not only drives income growth for farmers but also promotes local employment. For example, the 38 newly added mushroom houses in 2019 involved 114 poor households, further expanding the coverage of poverty alleviation. In addition, the promotion of mini mushroom houses has gradually made Luanping flat mushrooms a specialty product, providing new impetus for the county's economic development.

4. Other Related Information
It should be noted that the "Datun" mentioned in other reference information mostly refers to enterprise or project names, such as Gejiu Delosi Container Co., Ltd. (mainly engaged in road freight transportation) and Shanghai Datun Energy Co., Ltd. (in the energy field), which have no direct connection with container houses. The mini mushroom houses in Luanping County are the only case clearly related to "Datun Container House".
