Datong Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in Datong must follow a standardized process, covering preliminary preparations, main body installation, functional system configuration, and post-installation maintenance. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Preliminary Preparations and Site Adaptation

Before installation, a site survey is required to ensure that the ground flatness error does not exceed 50 millimeters within a 3-meter range, and the foundation compaction must reach over 90%, or a 200-millimeter-thick C20 concrete foundation can be used. If the ground is uneven, mobile toilets with a balanced chassis can be selected, eliminating the need for complex hardened foundations and directly adapting to uneven surfaces. Additionally, appropriate designs should be selected based on the usage scenario: temporary toilets for construction sites adopt a single-squat modular structure (dimensions 2.3m×1.8m×2.4m), with single-unit delivery possible within 48 hours; ecological toilets for scenic spots feature a duplex structure, integrating shower and ecological treatment systems, suitable for urban areas and surrounding scenic spots in Datong.

II. Main Structure and Wind Resistance Reinforcement

The main structure adopts a 'factory prefabrication + on-site assembly' model. The cabin body is welded and painted in the workshop before being transported to the site for positioning and installation via lifting. The cabin body is equipped with four adjustable load-bearing legs at the bottom, with a adjustment range of ±100 millimeters, allowing for further fine-tuning of ground height differences. To cope with the wind conditions in Datong, four lifting rings with a load-bearing capacity of ≥2 tons are preset on the top. After installation, they are fixed with 10-millimeter-diameter steel wire ropes slanted and connected to ground concrete anchors, achieving a wind resistance rating of Level 12 (wind speed of 34 meters per second).

III. Functional System Installation

  1. Drainage System: Invisible drainage ditches are set on the ground with a slope of 2% to ensure rapid sewage discharge; sink drainage is connected to the sewage tank via an S-shaped trap, and rainwater pipes use Φ75-millimeter UPVC pipes with a drainage capacity of ≥50 millimeters per hour.
  2. Thermal Insulation and Anti-freezing: The wall cavity is filled with foamed polyurethane with a density of ≥40 kilograms per cubic meter. Windows and doors adopt double-glazed units (5+9a+5 millimeters) with a heat transfer coefficient K value of ≤2.8 watts per (square meter·kelvin); water supply and drainage pipes are wrapped with 30-millimeter-thick rubber-plastic insulation cotton and equipped with a 1500-watt electric tracing system (automatically activates when the temperature drops below 5°C), and the toilet tank is equipped with a 300-watt anti-freezing heating rod.
  3. Power Supply: It can be connected to the municipal power grid or adopt an off-grid solution combining solar panels with an energy storage system, suitable for places without power infrastructure.

IV. Post-installation Service Guarantee

After installation, a dedicated person on-site system should be established. For example, the mobile public toilets in the ancient city of Datong implement a 'one-guest-one-clean' policy, with regular cleaning, disinfection, and replenishment of toilet paper, hand soap, and other supplies. Maintenance services include regular cleaning, replenishment of consumables, equipment inspection, and waste removal, with maintenance frequency adjusted according to the treatment technology, such as monitoring bacterial activity for biological treatment technologies.
