Customized Plan for Prefabricated House Panels

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The customized plan for prefabricated house panels should integrate design principles, content, and considerations to ensure safety, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.

I. Design Principles

  1. Compliance: Strictly adhere to national standards and local building codes, such as seismic resistance and fire performance ratings. Consult relevant authorities in advance to ensure the legality of the plan.
  2. Functional Suitability: Determine load-bearing requirements based on building use (residential, commercial, etc.). Residential floor slabs should have a load capacity of ≥200kg/㎡, while commercial spaces should have ≥300kg/㎡.
  3. Cost-Effectiveness: Prioritize materials with high cost-performance ratios, such as C30 concrete commonly used in Baiyin. Bulk customization can reduce unit prices and avoid over-design.
  4. Construction Convenience: Design should consider transportation, stacking, and installation conditions, such as controlling floor slab lengths between 3-6 meters and thickness between 8-12cm for easy on-site handling.
  5. Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency: Use lightweight concrete or optimize mix ratios to reduce energy consumption, meeting green building requirements.

II. Design Content

  1. Type Selection: Choose based on structural form—prefabricated concrete panels for frame structures, prefabricated steel panels for steel structures, and prefabricated wood panels for timber structures.
  2. Dimensions and Cross-Sections:
    • Dimensions should comply with transportation and installation conditions, with lengths customized on-site and thickness between 8-12cm.
    • Cross-section design should meet strength, stiffness, and crack resistance requirements, with steel bar spacing of 150-200mm, diameters of 8-12mm, and concrete strength of C30 or above.
  3. Connection and Installation:
    • Connection design should be robust and easy to disassemble, meeting seismic requirements, such as using welding or bolt connections.
    • Before installation, check the flatness of supports, use specialized racks during transportation to prevent breakage, and perform waterproofing and insulation treatments after installation.
  4. Construction Techniques:
    • During fabrication, control material ratios (water-cement ratio of 0.4-0.5, aggregate size of 5-20mm) and use cement of grade 42.5 or above.
    • During acceptance, inspect appearance (no cracks, smooth edges), structural strength (rebound hammer test ≥C30), and waterproof performance (no leakage in water pouring test).

III. Considerations

  1. Material Selection: Prioritize durable and reasonably priced materials, such as ordinary or lightweight concrete, and avoid using inferior aggregates.
  2. Structural Design: Accurately calculate load-bearing capacity based on load conditions to prevent cracking or collapse due to overloading.
  3. Construction Organization: Plan progress and personnel assignments reasonably to ensure smooth衔接 between all stages.
  4. Cost Budgeting: Comprehensively consider material, processing, transportation, and installation costs. Communicate directly with manufacturers for quotes and optimize design to reduce costs.
