Customization Process of Prefabricated Housing
The customization process of prefabricated housing mainly includes three key stages: site selection and design, material preparation and production, and transportation, installation, and acceptance.

Site Selection and Design: This is the starting point of the customization process. First, an appropriate construction site must be selected, with a comprehensive assessment of factors such as the surrounding environment and geological conditions to ensure the site meets the basic requirements for housing construction. Next, based on actual needs, a blueprint for the house is designed, dividing the house into modules, and then formulating a detailed design plan and production schedule according to these modules. During the design phase, full consideration must be given to customer needs and building codes, with detailed design covering aspects such as the overall layout, structural form, and exterior design of the house, ensuring the design meets both functional requirements and safety and aesthetic standards.
Material Preparation and Production: Material preparation is the foundation for ensuring smooth production. Necessary materials such as cement and steel bars must be prepared and their supply ensured. Subsequently, modular components are mass-produced in the factory according to the design plan. During production, strict quality control must be maintained to ensure all components meet quality standards and are dimensionally accurate, while also implementing proper curing measures to guarantee component performance. After component production is complete, a comprehensive quality inspection must be conducted, checking indicators such as appearance quality, dimensional deviations, and physical properties. Only components that pass the inspection can be marked and classified for storage, preparing for subsequent transportation and installation.
Transportation, Installation, and Acceptance: Based on the size, weight, and transportation distance of the components, appropriate transportation tools and methods must be selected. During transportation, effective protective measures must be taken to prevent component damage. After all prefabricated housing components are transported to the site, assembly is carried out according to the construction plan. First, foundation construction is performed to provide stable support for the house, followed by the sequential installation of wall and floor components, and finally, connection and fixation to ensure the structural stability of the house. After assembly is complete, decoration and equipment installation are carried out, including interior and exterior wall decoration, floor treatment, door and window installation, as well as the installation and commissioning of water, electricity, fire protection, and other equipment. Finally, completion acceptance is conducted to comprehensively inspect the quality and performance of the house, ensuring it meets design requirements and relevant standards and specifications.
