Customization Process of Container Integrated Housing
The customization process of container integrated housing mainly includes several key stages: requirement communication, plan design, production and manufacturing, transportation and installation, and acceptance and delivery.

Requirement Communication: Customers need to clarify core requirements such as the intended use, site conditions, and budget range. For example, whether it is for on-site accommodation, scenic area homestays, or commercial offices; whether the site is muddy or paved, and if there are any special terrain or space constraints; and the approximate budget range. This information will provide a basis for subsequent design and production.
Plan Design: Based on customer requirements, the manufacturer conducts on-site surveys and provides detailed design plans and quotations according to the actual situation. The design plan will cover aspects such as the structural type of the house (e.g., welded integral boxes or bolt-connected assembled boxes), dimensions, functional module layout (whether partitions, toilets, air conditioning positions, etc., are needed), and appearance styling. At the same time, a detailed quotation list is provided to allow customers to clearly understand the costs of various items such as box materials, decoration standards, transportation fees, lifting fees, and taxes.
Production and Manufacturing: After the contract is confirmed, the factory arranges production according to the design plan. The production process includes steel cutting and processing, structural assembly, welding, anti-corrosion treatment, installation of enclosure structures, and construction of internal functional modules. The production cycle varies among different manufacturers, with conventional customized container houses taking approximately 30 to 45 days from contract signing to factory delivery (prefabricated production).
Transportation and Installation: After the product is completed, quality inspection and painting are carried out, and then transportation to the installation site is arranged. On-site lifting and assembly take approximately 3 to 7 days (depending on the scale and site conditions). For small integrated houses, 5 workers can complete the work within 10 days, and even complex house types can achieve move-in readiness within one month.
Acceptance and Delivery: After installation is completed, the customer conducts an acceptance inspection to check whether the house meets the design plan and quality standards. After passing the acceptance, it is delivered for use, and the manufacturer provides supporting after-sales support.
