Custom Mobile Toilet Grading Standards
The grading standards for mobile toilets can be divided into two aspects: wind resistance grade and waterproof grade, as detailed below:

Wind Resistance Grade
Mobile toilets typically have a wind resistance grade ranging from 8 to 13, with some products designed for extreme environments reaching up to grade 18. The specific classifications are as follows: 1. General Standard (Grades 8-10) Most mobile toilets use steel structural frames that, after anti-corrosion treatment, can withstand wind forces of grades 8-10, suitable for regular outdoor environments such as suburban areas and factory zones. These products are designed with structural reinforcement and foundation anchoring to resist normal wind forces and meet daily usage requirements. 2. High-Performance Products (Grade 12 and Above) High-end or customized mobile toilets employ modular steel structural systems combined with high-strength connectors and dynamic balance designs, achieving wind resistance grades of 12 or even higher. For example, some products have undergone outdoor environmental simulation tests and can withstand strong winds of grade 12, making them suitable for mountainous or coastal areas with higher wind forces. 3. Extreme Environment Applications (Grade 18 and Above) For regions prone to typhoons, some mobile toilets feature special designs (such as dynamic anchoring systems and low-center-of-gravity structures) and have passed wind pressure tests conducted by authoritative institutions. Their main structures can withstand wind speeds of 60 meters per second (equivalent to strong winds above grade 17), ensuring stability in extreme weather conditions. These products are typically used in coastal areas or disaster-prone regions.
Waterproof Grade
The waterproof grades for mobile toilets are divided into four levels, based on leakage control requirements, applicable scenarios, and construction standards: 1. Grade 1 Waterproofing (Splash-Proof) Completely leak-free with no wet spots on the surface, suitable for important public restrooms or special venues. Construction requires the use of highly durable materials (such as SBS modified bitumen waterproofing membranes) with strict processes, ensuring a waterproof layer lifespan of up to 25 years. 2. Grade 2 Waterproofing (Spray-Proof) Allows for a small amount of wet spots on the structural surface but no leakage, suitable for ordinary public restrooms or commercial venues. The waterproof layer has a moderate thickness and requires ensuring the sealing of joints, with a lifespan of approximately 15-20 years. 3. Grade 3 Waterproofing (Storm-Proof) Allows for a small number of leakage points but prohibits linear flow and mud leakage, suitable for general public restrooms or temporary facilities. Construction measures such as water stops are required, with a lifespan of about 10 years. 4. Grade 4 Waterproofing (Prolonged Storm-Proof) Allows for a small number of leakage points with an average leakage amount of ≤2L/m²/d, suitable for low-frequency use or temporary toilets (such as those on construction sites). The waterproof layer is the thinnest, focusing on basic waterproofing treatment, with a lifespan of approximately 3-5 years.
Key Differences: Among the waterproof grades, Grade 1 has the strictest leakage tolerance (no leakage), while Grade 4 is the most lenient (allowing an average leakage amount of ≤2L/m²/d); Grade 1 has the highest construction complexity (requiring multiple layers of waterproofing), while Grade 4 is the simplest.
