Contract for Continuing Rental of Mobile Toilets
The contract for continuing rental of mobile toilets should include the following core clauses:

I. Contract Parties and Rental Item Information The contract should clearly specify the company names, legal representatives, addresses, and contact information of both Party A and Party B. The rental items should list in detail the specifications, models, and quantities of the mobile toilets, with an attachment of a list confirmed by both parties. The usage should be limited to the temporary toilet needs of Party B's employees and customers, and subletting or off-site use is prohibited.
II. Rental Period and Rent Payment The rental period can be agreed upon as long-term or short-term, with clear start and end dates. If early termination is required, Party B should notify Party A in writing one month in advance. The rent standard should be determined through negotiation based on specifications, quantity, and service life. For example, rent for 15 days (inclusive) or less is calculated at 620 yuan per toilet per day, and rent for 16 days (inclusive) or more is calculated at 580 yuan per toilet per day. Payment should be made via bank transfer, with Party B retaining payment vouchers and Party A providing official invoices.
III. Service and Maintenance Responsibilities Party A is responsible for transportation, installation, commissioning, regular cleaning and pumping, and environmental odor control. The cleaning frequency should be determined through negotiation between both parties (e.g., 2-3 times per week). Maintenance is borne by Party A, but costs arising from improper use or human-induced damage by Party B are the responsibility of Party B. Party A should ensure that the equipment's safety performance complies with national standards and provide safety warning signs.
IV. Safety and Custodial Obligations Party B should comply with safety usage regulations and not make unauthorized modifications to the equipment. If losses are incurred by Party B due to equipment defects from Party A, Party A should be liable for compensation. If equipment is damaged or lost due to Party B's improper custody, compensation should be made at market value.
V. Breach of Contract and Dispute Resolution Breach scenarios include failure to provide equipment on time, non-payment of rent, or unauthorized damage to equipment, with the breaching party required to compensate the other party for all losses. Disputes should be resolved through negotiation first, and if negotiation fails, legal action can be taken in court. During the dispute, other clauses of the contract remain in effect.
VI. Other Clauses Matters not covered can be addressed through supplementary agreements. The contract is made in duplicate and takes effect upon the signatures and seals of both parties, applying the laws of the People's Republic of China.
