Container Renovation House Reinforcement Strip
The key to the reinforcement strips for container-renovated houses lies in reasonably designing the stacking method, adopting effective horizontal and vertical reinforcement measures, and ensuring end protection and daily safety management. Details are as follows:

Stacking Method Design
Containers should be stacked neatly in the storage yard, with a stacking height not exceeding 4 layers. Anti-slip pads should be placed between layers to prevent container sliding and ensure stacking stability. A reasonable stacking method is the foundation of reinforcement, reducing safety hazards caused by improper stacking.
Horizontal and Vertical Reinforcement Measures
- Horizontal Reinforcement: Use lashing rods or steel wire ropes to horizontally connect containers on the same layer. The lashing rods or steel wire ropes should pass through the 'corner fittings holes' of the containers and be secured with shackles. At least 2 horizontal reinforcements should be set for each row of containers to enhance the connection strength between containers on the same layer and prevent separation under external forces.
- Vertical Reinforcement: Use twist locks to connect containers between upper and lower layers, with twist locks installed at each corner fitting. Twist locks ensure a firm connection between upper and lower containers, forming a stable whole for the entire stack and enhancing wind and earthquake resistance.
End Protection Setup
Set up anti-collision posts or sandbags at the ends of container stacks. In the event of severe weather such as typhoons, these protective facilities can prevent containers at the ends of the stack from being impacted and collapsing, protecting the structural safety of container houses.
Daily Safety Management
- Daily Inspections: Regularly inspect storage containers and reinforcement equipment, focusing on whether twist locks, lashing rods, steel wire ropes, etc., are loose or damaged. Address any issues promptly to ensure that reinforcement measures remain effective at all times.
- Emergency Preparedness: Prepare sufficient emergency supplies in the storage yard, such as flashlights, raincoats, umbrellas, and first-aid kits. In the event of an emergency, timely response can be made to safeguard personnel safety and reduce property losses.
