Container Mobile Tiny House

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

Container mobile tiny houses are independent office or living units transformed from standard containers, featuring a sturdy structure, convenient transportation, and flexible combination, suitable for various temporary or mobile scenarios.

Structure and Types

Container mobile tiny houses are based on standard containers, commonly available in 20-foot and 40-foot sizes, meeting different spatial needs through single-container use or multi-container assembly. According to their structure and purpose, they are mainly divided into four categories:

  • Container-style: Directly transformed from containers, these are sturdy and suitable for construction site command centers, project departments, etc.
  • Foldable: Featuring a foldable design, these compress in volume during transportation and can be quickly deployed upon arrival (single-set deployment time ≤ 30 minutes), suitable for exploration teams, temporary command posts, and other scenarios requiring frequent relocation.
  • Modular: Combining light steel frames with color-coated steel sheets, these are assembled on-site in a modular fashion, allowing flexible expansion based on the number of occupants and functional zoning, commonly seen in temporary park offices and event planning sites.
  • Expandable: These add lateral or end expansion modules to containers, increasing usable area by 30%-50% upon deployment, suitable for long-term on-site offices with high space comfort requirements.

Core Functional Features

  • Rapid Deployment and Retrieval: The product can be hoisted and deployed within 1 hour, without any wet work throughout the process, and can be folded and transported after use, supporting repeated turnover.
  • Integrated Safety Protection: It possesses multiple protective properties such as fire resistance, thermal insulation, waterproof sealing, wind resistance, earthquake resistance, and corrosion and rust prevention, adaptable to various complex usage environments.
  • Flexible Multi-container Combination: Different containers can be horizontally assembled or stacked in multiple layers, freely combined into different functional spaces such as office areas, dormitory areas, and reception areas.

Application Scenarios

  • Engineering Camps: Such as oil fields and large EPC projects, quickly setting up office and dormitory areas, with wind and sand resistance, high-temperature resistance, or cold insulation properties.
  • Emergency Support: Foldable containers have low transportation costs and small storage space requirements, suitable for emergency rescue shelters, earthquake relief field hospitals, and other scenarios.
  • Cultural Tourism and Commerce: Serving as mobile homestays, outdoor camping starry sky rooms, smart stations, mobile shops, etc., providing novel accommodation or commercial experiences.
  • Cross-border Projects: Modular houses are manufactured in factories and assembled on-site, greatly reducing construction time and meeting the needs of overseas infrastructure camps and residential scenarios.
