Wall Panels for Container Mobile Houses

Admin 17 de septiembre de 2026

Wall panels for container mobile houses come in a variety of types and materials, each with unique characteristics suitable for different scenarios.

In terms of types, there are metal carved panel exterior wall insulation, decoration, waterproof, moisture-proof, and heat-insulating panels for homestay and event houses, which mimic wood grain. These panels combine multiple functions and can meet the needs of homestay and event houses for appearance decoration, insulation, and waterproofing. Polyurethane composite panels and colored stone polyurethane exterior wall insulation and decoration integrated panels can also be used as wall panels for prefabricated temporary buildings, providing good insulation and decorative effects. Additionally, there are 7.5-centimeter fire-resistant corrugated wall panels specifically designed for quick-assembly container houses, highlighting their fire-resistant properties.

From a material perspective, the main material for container wall panels is galvanized steel sheet. Standard shipping containers use galvanized corrugated sheets, which, after hot-dip galvanizing treatment, can achieve a zinc film thickness of 12 to 15 micrometers on the surface. This treatment method gives them strong compressive strength, enabling them to withstand the stacking pressure of three layers of containers and resist rusting even in coastal areas, ensuring the service life of containers in harsh environments.

Colored steel composite panels are also a common material, with their surfaces made into orange peel textures. This concave-convex structure offers unique advantages, allowing for rapid drainage of rainwater and preventing water accumulation from damaging the wall panels. High-end container houses often choose this material to enhance the quality and performance of the houses.

When insulation is required, rock wool, an A-grade fire-resistant material, is sandwiched between two layers of steel sheets. Rock wool not only provides good sound insulation but can also withstand temperatures up to 800 degrees Celsius, offering reliable fire protection and insulation for container houses.

In recent years, bamboo-wood fiber panels have become popular due to their moisture-proof and lightweight characteristics. They are more suitable for interior decoration of container houses, creating a comfortable and cozy indoor environment. Their lightweight nature also facilitates construction and installation.
