Container Mobile House 66
Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026
Container mobile houses are movable buildings transformed from standard containers, featuring solid structure, convenient transportation, and recyclability. They are widely used in office, residential, commercial, and other fields.

I. Structural Types and Specifications Container mobile houses can be divided into four categories based on their structure:
- Container-type: Based on 20-foot and 40-foot standard containers, they can be used as a single unit or combined with multiple units, suitable for construction site command centers, temporary offices, etc.
- Foldable-type: Adopting a foldable structure, they compress in volume during transportation and can be quickly unfolded, suitable for scenarios requiring frequent relocation, such as exploration teams and temporary command posts.
- Assembled-type: Combining light steel keels with color-coated steel plates, they are modularly assembled on-site and can be flexibly expanded according to needs, commonly seen in temporary offices in industrial parks and event planning sites.
- Expandable-type: By adding side or end expansion modules to containers, the usable area can be increased by 30%-50%, suitable for long-term on-site offices.
II. Core Advantages
- Recyclability: On average, compliant leading products can be disassembled and reused more than 8 times, reducing construction waste emissions by about 90%, in line with low-carbon circular economy policies.
- Rapid Deployment: Modular design supports quick assembly and disassembly without foundation construction. They can be put into use immediately after power and water supply, offering far greater flexibility than traditional buildings.
- Strong Scene Adaptability: Through modular assembly, facade customization, and internal function modification, they can adapt to diverse scenarios such as engineering camps, mobile commerce, cultural and tourism accommodation, and emergency support.
III. Selection Considerations
- Process Performance: Pay attention to the solder-free quick assembly process, disassembly and assembly loss, and structural stability after multiple relocations.
- Compliance Services: Verify the production entity's qualifications, domestic and foreign certifications, and project delivery capabilities.
- Scene Adaptation: Choose products with high customization flexibility according to needs, such as expandable types for large space requirements and foldable types for frequent relocation scenarios.
- Return on Investment: Comprehensively evaluate the reuse cost and maintenance cost over the entire life cycle, prioritizing products with low-carbon attributes.
