For example, quick-assembly packing containers adopt an elevated sloped roof design, which allows rainwater to naturally flow down along the slope, preventing water accumulation. Slope design is the foundation of roof drainage, and a reasonable slope ensures rapid rainwater drainage, reducing the residence time on the roof and thus lowering the risk of water leakage.

Drainage System Setup: The house is equipped with a dedicated drainage system, including gutters and outlets. The gutters should have a horizontal slope to ensure smooth drainage of accumulated water during heavy rain, preventing it from flowing back into the inner eaves of the gutters. The design of the outlets should also be reasonable to prevent blockages from debris and ensure unobstructed drainage. Some container houses also incorporate independent drainage systems to further enhance drainage efficiency.

Selection of Waterproof Materials: The selection of qualified waterproof materials is crucial during construction. The quality of waterproof materials directly affects the waterproof performance of the roof. If substandard waterproof materials are used or the waterproofing treatment is unreasonable, water leakage is likely to occur as the house ages. Therefore, it is essential to choose waterproof materials with good weather resistance, strong adhesion, and anti-aging properties, and to carry out waterproofing treatment strictly in accordance with construction specifications.

Construction Process Control: During installation and use, avoid stepping on the roof to prevent loosening of fasteners. At the same time, pay attention to the waterproofing treatment of openings on the movable house panels, such as the waterproofing of cracks around the installation of fans and exhaust pipes, to ensure a good seal. Additionally, during construction, attention should also be paid to the anti-corrosion treatment of the gutters to prevent rusting and erosion that could affect drainage.
