Container Mobile House Production in Progress
In the production of container mobile houses, modularity, standardization, and intelligence are the core features. The production process covers design, processing, assembly, testing, and other stages, and needs to meet the requirements of different scenarios.

In terms of production mode, container mobile houses adopt a modular design, breaking down the complete house into standardized modules such as the bottom, top, and four side components. Most of the construction processes, including the main structure, water and electricity pipelines, bathroom waterproofing, bathroom fixtures, cabinets, and wardrobes, are completed in the factory, achieving 'house-building on the assembly line'. For example, a smart factory in Guangdong can produce up to 50 modules per day, with a manufacturing precision stable at 1-2 millimeters; a industrial park in Shenzhen can produce a complete module every 20 minutes, and the overall construction period is more than 60% shorter than that of traditional construction.
In terms of production process, first, structural design and detailed drawings are completed according to user needs; then, steel cutting, welding, and surface treatment are carried out to form the frame; followed by the composite processing of wall panels and roof panels, filling with insulation materials and covering; then, pre-installation of systems such as doors and windows, electrical, and water supply and drainage; trial assembly is carried out before leaving the factory to ensure that the components match correctly; during on-site installation, the modules only need to be hoisted into place and assembled.
In terms of product types, common products include packed container houses, light steel keel houses, and functional sentry boxes. Packed container houses use hot-dip galvanized cold-formed steel as the frame, paired with fire-resistant polyurethane sandwich panels, suitable for construction site dormitories and office areas; light steel keel houses adopt cold-formed thin-walled light steel keels, with flexible customization of appearance and layout, suitable for self-built houses and homestays; functional sentry boxes adjust their size and layout according to actual needs, commonly found in security sentry boxes and property sentry boxes.
In terms of selection points, attention should be paid to process performance (such as welding-free quick assembly process, disassembly and assembly losses, structural stability), compliance services (such as production qualifications, domestic and foreign certifications), scenario adaptation (such as customization flexibility, multi-scenario adaptation capabilities), and input-output (such as full life cycle reuse, operation and maintenance costs) and other dimensions.
