Production of Container Mobile Houses

Admin 17 de septiembre de 2026

The production of container mobile houses mainly includes several methods: renovation of used containers, combination of multiple containers, segmented cutting and renovation of containers, and production of modular box-type houses.

Renovation of used containers: First, perform basic reinforcement on ordinary used containers to ensure their structural stability. Lay wire mesh on the exterior of the container and apply cement for leveling and fixation, making the container's appearance smoother. Paint the entire house with a clean and transparent white color to enhance its aesthetic appeal. Afterward, modifications such as changing doors and windows, creating partitions, and installing plumbing and electrical systems can be carried out according to needs to improve the indoor functional layout. This method has relatively low costs and can fully utilize used resources, but the renovation process may be limited by the original container's structure.

Combination of multiple containers: Arrange several containers in a staggered manner and firmly fix them on the foundation. Then, perform welding reinforcement to enhance the overall structural stability. Subsequently, carry out work such as modifying doors and windows, creating partitions, and installing plumbing and electrical systems to gradually improve the indoor space. This production method allows for flexible combination of containers, creating diverse spatial forms to meet different usage requirements. However, the combination and welding process require certain technical skills and experience.

Segmented cutting and renovation of containers: Cut the container into segments and install aluminum alloy windows and glass doors before constructing the interior structure. First, fix light steel keels along the container's iron sheet by drilling holes and install concealed plumbing and electrical systems indoors. Pre-reserve switches and sockets and extend the exhaust duct along the top of the container to the outdoors. After completing the plumbing and electrical piping, carry out ceiling construction using foam boards as the base and OSB boards as the facing, with torch-applied membrane waterproofing. Then, fill the inside of the keels with foam adhesive, use high-density stickers for facing, and seal the outer layer with gypsum boards. Complete the indoor putty and latex paint work, wrap the exterior frame with special boards outdoors, and create a leisure area with a steel frame structure beside the windows. This method allows for more freedom in designing the interior space, but the production process is relatively complex and requires high technical skills.

Production of modular box-type houses: Modular box-type houses are movable and reusable building products with containers as the basic units. The container units are constructed using standard components welded from special section steels. The containers are connected by bolts and can be used individually or combined horizontally and vertically to form spacious usage spaces, with a maximum of three layers stacked vertically. This production method has a high degree of standardization, quick installation, and is convenient for transportation and reuse.
