Methods for Building Container Mobile Houses
The construction of container mobile houses involves steps such as structural selection, chassis welding, wall and roof installation, interior decoration, and detail handling, as follows:
Structural Selection
Common structural types of container mobile houses include welded integral containers and bolt-connected assembled containers. Welded containers are formed by integral welding in the factory, with a direct load path and strong resistance to deformation, making them suitable for frequent lifting and moving. Assembled containers use standard plates connected by bolts, with multiple connection nodes in the load path. The tightness of these nodes affects overall stability. When purchasing, it is necessary to check the wall thickness of the steel columns and bottom beams, with common specifications ranging from 1.5 mm to 3 mm. The thicker the wall, the greater the load-bearing redundancy, but the corresponding increase in self-weight.
Chassis Welding
Taking a 3m6m residential container mobile house as an example, the chassis is first welded with 14050 channel steel around the perimeter. The chassis crossbeams are all welded with 482.0 square steel, spaced 35 cm apart. The six columns of the house and the four perimeter beams of the roof are all fully welded with 552.0 square steel.
Wall and Roof Installation
The wall and roof panels are all composed of 50mm thick cleanroom panels, with white surfaces on both sides. Standard-sized 9301000 sliding windows are installed in the windows, and specially made color steel plate doors with dimensions of 9302000 are used. The chassis is selected with 18mm thick building formwork, which can bear a load of up to 200 kg per square meter.
Interior Decoration
After the main structure of the house is installed, a layer of high-grade floor leather is laid on the chassis floor, providing a warm, high-end, clean, and waterproof effect. Install lighting fixtures and switch sockets. Generally, the lighting fixtures are installed in the middle of the house, the switches are installed beside the door, and the sockets are installed 60 cm above the ground. The air conditioning hole is opened on the opposite side of the door.
Detail Handling
Install window security grilles and apply waterproof sealant to the windows, doors, and roof panels. The waterproof sealant for the roof panels must be glass curtain wall waterproof sealant, which has 5-6 times stronger waterproof performance than traditional sealants.
