Container Mobile House Materials
The materials for container mobile houses mainly include wall panel materials, frame materials, floor and ceiling materials, as well as accessory materials.

Wall Panel Materials: The inner and outer sides of the wall panels of container mobile houses often use orange-peel-patterned color-coated steel composite panels. These panels form subtle concave-convex structures through special embossing processes, effectively dispersing the flow path of rainwater and preventing rust caused by water accumulation. Meanwhile, the double-sided orange-peel-patterned color-coated steel layers enhance the rigidity of the panels through their physical form. Different thermal insulation materials can be filled between the wall panels, such as EPS (expanded polystyrene foam), PU (polyurethane foam), and Class A fire-resistant rock wool. Among them, Class A fire-resistant rock wool is widely used in container houses requiring high fire safety standards due to its non-combustible, non-toxic, and non-deforming properties under high temperatures.
Frame Materials: The overall frame of container houses usually adopts hot-dip galvanized square tubes. Hot-dip galvanized square tubes form a high-strength composite structure through the metallurgical bonding of a zinc alloy coating with steel, effectively withstanding stacking loads and extreme weather impacts. At frame joints, full-welding processes are used to further enhance the longitudinal rigidity of the container body. Additionally, the hinges and axles of folding containers are also key components. The hinges use hot-dip galvanized full-welding processes, while the axles are made of stainless steel to ensure their wear resistance and deformation resistance.
Floor and Ceiling Materials: The floors and ceilings of container houses often use Class A fire-resistant magnesium oxide boards. These boards, with magnesium oxide cement and glass fibers as their main raw materials, have extremely high fire resistance limits and smoke toxicity ratings, effectively resisting flame喷射 (flame impingement) and maintaining structural integrity.
Accessory Materials: In addition to the above main materials, the production of container houses also requires various accessory materials, such as screws and sealing strips, to ensure the airtightness and stability of the houses.
