Decoration of Container Mobile Houses
The decoration of container mobile houses should take into account structural safety, functional adaptability, and compliance. The key points are as follows:

1. Structural Safety and Foundation Modification Containers are essentially steel structures, and their structural stability must be ensured before decoration. Prefer welded integral containers, which have better deformation resistance than bolt-connected assembled containers. If the latter is used, focus on checking the steel wall thickness of the columns and bottom beams (recommended ≥ 2.3mm) and confirm that the frame full-welding process complies with the JGJ/T 435-2018 standard. In addition, fixed devices should be installed at the bottom of the container to prevent movement or overturning caused by winds of level 8 or above.
2. Thermal Insulation and Sound Insulation Treatment Traditional containers have problems of stuffiness and poor sound insulation. Enhance thermal insulation performance by filling rock wool or glass wool (Class A non-combustible materials) inside and improve sound insulation effect by using double-layer insulated glass. For example, the products of Yunnan Hongfeng Container Co., Ltd. have wind, rain, sound, thermal, and heat insulation properties through such processes, with a service life of up to 50 years.
3. Space Planning and Functional Adaptation Adjust the internal layout flexibly according to the usage scenario:
- Office Scenario: Use a combination of light steel keels and color steel plates to achieve functional zoning (such as conference rooms and independent offices) through modular assembly, and reserve pipeline channels for the installation of lighting, air conditioning, and other equipment.
- Residential Scenario: If long-term use is required, choose expandable containers to increase the usable area (an increase of 30%-50%) by adding side or end expansion cabins and equip them with facilities such as toilets and shower rooms.
- Commercial Scenario: Refer to the design of container commercial streets to create large-scale commercial spaces through double-layer or multi-layer combinations and customize coatings, special shapes, and ambient lighting to attract customers.
4. Fire Protection and Environmental Protection Requirements The core material of sandwich panels must be Class A non-combustible materials (such as rock wool), and the use of EPS polystyrene foam is strictly prohibited. For the enclosure structure, prefer cotton color steel plates, and use galvanized square steel tubes for the frame keels. In addition, require the manufacturer to provide material environmental protection certificates to ensure that the construction process is pollution-free and no harmful substances are emitted during use.
5. Compliance and Qualification Verification Choose manufacturers with the capabilities of 'design/construction dual integration' and 'project operation' (such as Yunnan Hongfeng and Beijing Falilai) and verify their production qualifications, domestic and foreign certifications (such as CE certification), and after-sales service capabilities. Before customization, clarify the requirements and sign a contract, including details such as size, material, and functional use, to avoid the risk of low-price configuration reduction.
