Container Mobile House in Baotou

Admin 16 de septiembre de 2026

Container mobile houses in Baotou have significant characteristics in terms of materials, structure, and functionality, and are widely applied.

Materials and Structure:

  • Steel Selection: Some enterprises in Baotou use high-strength weather-resistant steel (such as Q355B grade) as the main frame of the container body. The yield strength is approximately 30% higher than that of ordinary carbon steel. When the length-to-width ratio of a single container body is close to 2:1, a self-balancing system can be formed through the rigid connection of corner fittings and side beams, reducing the need for additional reinforcement components and lowering material usage by about 15%.
  • Enclosure Structure: A three-layer composite structure of "rock wool - air layer - aluminized zinc plate" is adopted. The rock wool layer is 75 to 100 millimeters thick, with a thermal conductivity lower than 0.040 W/(m·K). The 5-millimeter air layer in the middle inhibits convective heat transfer. The overall heat transfer coefficient (U-value) is lower than 0.5 W/(m²·K), reducing the risk of condensation and extending the service life of the steel structure.
  • Connection Nodes: For geological conditions with a seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees, a dual-fixing mode of "wedge-shaped lock + high-strength bolt" is introduced. The wedge-shaped lock is made of 45# steel through heat treatment, with a bevel angle of 15 degrees. It generates a self-locking effect under horizontal shear force. In simulated 8-degree rare earthquake tests, the displacement is controlled within 3 millimeters, which is about 40% better than the deformation amplitude of conventional welded nodes, and it is convenient for secondary relocation and repeated assembly.

Functionality and Application:

  • Environmental Protection and Recycling: The steel consumption of a container house is approximately 1.2 tons per standard 20-foot container. Its carbon emissions are only 1/2.3 of those of traditional concrete temporary houses, and the disassembly and assembly loss rate is controlled within 5%, significantly reducing construction waste generation.
  • Integrated System: Some products are equipped with a self-circulating sewage system. For wilderness camps without water and electricity, a sewage collection tank and a gravity separator are installed at the bottom of the container body to separately treat gray water (from bathing and washing) and black water (from toilets).
  • Application Scenarios: They cover multiple places in Inner Mongolia, including Baotou, Hohhot, and Ordos, and are used for on-site accommodation, camp dormitories, temporary offices, etc. They can be customized on demand, installed on-site, and have sufficient supply and stable delivery.
