Demolition of Container Insulated Houses
If container insulated houses are illegal structures, they must be demolished in accordance with the law; if they are legal temporary buildings, they should be demolished according to standardized procedures and properly utilized for resource recycling when they expire or need to be vacated.

Demolition of Illegal Container Insulated Houses
Any container that has been transformed into a house (such as by connecting water and electricity, installing doors and windows, and installing air conditioners) without the approval of the urban and rural planning authorities and without obtaining a planning permit, and is used for office, residential, or other business activities, is considered an illegal structure. For example, the container house in the auxiliary office area of the basketball stadium investigated and handled by the Shimen'erlu Street Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team, with a total area of 250 square meters, was transformed without approval and was legally identified as an illegal structure and demolished; the Laoshan District Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau also legally hoisted and demolished five illegal objects built with containers within the scope of the Zhongbeilao renovation project in Shazikou Street. When demolishing illegal container structures, the law enforcement department will first contact the parties involved and request their cooperation in the demolition work; if the parties refuse to cooperate due to economic disputes or other reasons, the law enforcement department will adhere to the principle of 'combining legal disposal with flexible mediation', clearly inform them that economic disputes need to be resolved through civil litigation, and that contracts signed for illegal structures are invalid, urge them to advance the litigation process, and at the same time give them a reasonable grace period to find a new location, ultimately completing the demolition.
Demolition of Legal Container Insulated Houses
If a container insulated house is a temporary steel structure or light steel frame enclosure building constructed in accordance with national safety management regulations for temporary buildings, it needs to be systematically demolished after project changes, site vacations, or when the facilities reach their designed service life. The standardized demolition process covers comprehensive technical services such as load verification, fire prevention and fall prevention control, classification of renewable metals, and on-site noise and dust reduction. It usually follows the safety logic of 'assessment before dismantling and unloading before frame removal', including steps such as on-site survey and safety disclosure, removal of top enclosures, disassembly of frame structures, and sorting and transportation of components, to avoid structural damage and secondary pollution caused by rough construction.
