Container House Welding Design Drawing
The container house welding design drawing mainly includes two aspects: main structure welding design and frame welding design.

Main Structure Welding Design: The main structure of a container house typically consists of three parts: the bottom frame, columns, and top frame steel structure. The bottom frame serves as the foundational support for the entire house, requiring sufficient strength and stability to bear the house's own weight and potential external loads. The columns provide vertical support, connecting the top frame to the bottom frame to form the basic framework of the house. The top frame steel structure offers top coverage and support for the house, protecting the interior space from external environmental influences. These three parts are connected through welding, which provides a firm and durable connection, ensuring the overall integrity and stability of the main structure. During the welding process, it is essential to follow design requirements strictly, ensuring the quality and strength of the welds to avoid issues such as incomplete welds or missed welds that could compromise the structural safety of the house.
Frame Welding Design: Taking the custom-made container house in Wuxi as an example, its frame is welded using square tubes measuring 10 by 10 with a thickness of 1.5. The choice of square tubes is based on their excellent mechanical properties and structural stability. The 10 by 10 size provides sufficient cross-sectional area to bear loads, while the 1.5 thickness ensures the strength and rigidity of the tubes themselves. When welding the frame, the square tubes need to be accurately cut and assembled according to the house's design dimensions and layout before welding. Attention should be paid to controlling welding deformation during the process, as square tubes may shrink and deform due to localized heating during welding, affecting the dimensional accuracy and overall shape of the frame. Reasonable welding sequences and symmetrical welding methods can be employed to reduce welding deformation, ensuring that the frame's geometric dimensions meet design requirements. Additionally, for critical connection points on the frame, such as corner connections, welding quality inspections should be strengthened to ensure reliable connections, thereby enhancing the load-bearing capacity and service life of the entire container house frame.
