Container House Unloading
Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026
Container house unloading should follow standardized unpacking procedures, combined with safety operation specifications and professional equipment assistance, to ensure the safety of goods and personnel.

I. Core Unpacking Procedures
Unpacking operations should be carried out according to standardized procedures, covering three stages: operation plan preparation, unpacking implementation, and empty container return.
- Operation Plan Preparation: Based on information such as bills of lading and packing lists, clarify cargo sorting rules and warehouse resource preparation. For example, container freight stations need to plan cargo stacking areas and sorting paths according to the consolidated cargo information shown on the manifest.
- Unpacking Implementation:
- Pre-opening Inspection: Check the integrity of the container seal and whether the container structure is deformed, and confirm that the cargo information matches the documents.
- Cargo Unloading: Remove fasteners in the order of "top to bottom, outside to inside" to prevent cargo from toppling over; use light lifting equipment or manual tools to prevent cargo damage caused by throwing from high altitude.
- Exception Handling: If over-shortage, damage to the cargo, or damage to the container is found, record it and notify the relevant parties, such as tally clerks issuing certificates based on the import manifest.
- Empty Container Return: Clean up residues inside the container, check the container's airtightness, record the container condition and feed it back to the shipping company, and finally transport the empty container to the designated yard.
II. Safety Operation Specifications
Unpacking operations must strictly comply with safety regulations to reduce mechanical loads, standardize personnel positioning, and control operational environmental risks.
- Equipment Use Safety: Equipment such as rotary unloaders should be regularly maintained to ensure operation within the rated load range; keep the container balanced during unloading to prevent tipping over.
- Personnel Protection Requirements: Operators should wear safety helmets and non-slip shoes and operate in safe areas; it is prohibited to stay below the container or within the range where cargo may topple over.
- Environmental Risk Control: Conduct ventilation checks before opening the container to prevent the accumulation of toxic gases; in dusty operation scenarios, dust masks should be provided to reduce inhalation risks.
III. Professional Equipment Assistance
For different types of cargo, appropriate equipment should be selected to improve unloading efficiency.
- Rotary Unloader: Suitable for bulk cargo (such as grain and coal) or general cargo, it achieves 360° controllable unloading through arm-hugging and rotation functions, reducing manual handling costs.
- Light Lifting Equipment: Used for unloading heavy cargo, it works in conjunction with manual tools to complete the stripping of top enclosures (such as skylights and thermal insulation cotton) to avoid structural damage.
- Sorting and Classification System: Pack and transfer cargo according to its properties (such as steel and aluminum alloy profiles) and connect to renewable resource warehouses to achieve resource utilization.
