Container House Trolley Design Drawing

Admin 17 de septiembre de 2026

Currently, there is no complete design drawing of a container house trolley available for direct use, but the following design ideas can be referred to for planning:

1. Selection of the Basic Framework The design of a container house trolley should take a standard container as the carrier. Common sizes include 20 feet (6.06 meters in length, 2.44 meters in width, and 2.59 meters in height) or 40 feet (12.19 meters in length, 2.44 meters in width, and 2.59 meters in height). If mobility is required, a truck chassis can be selected and modified into a piggyback-style container house mode. The vertical indoor space can be expanded through a lifting roof design, for example, by adding a liftable tent structure on the top to increase the headroom.

2. Functional Zoning Planning

  • Living Area: Bed positions should be reasonably arranged. A combined design (such as bunk beds or foldable beds) can be adopted to save space while meeting the living needs of multiple people. If a piggyback-style design is used, a balcony area can be designed, and indoor-outdoor space conversion can be achieved through folding boards or telescopic structures.
  • Kitchen Area: It is recommended to adopt a micro-kitchen design, integrating a small induction cooker, a sink, and storage cabinets. Lightweight and easy-to-clean materials should be given priority. If space allows, a movable dining table can be added to serve both dining and working functions.
  • Bathroom Area: Problems of drainage and ventilation need to be solved. A dry-wet separation design can be adopted, with a portable toilet and a foldable shower cubicle installed. Maintenance access holes should be reserved for easy maintenance.
  • Storage Area: Hangers or drawers can be installed on the container walls. The space under the beds can be designed as hidden storage cabinets to maximize the use of vertical space.

3. Core Construction Steps

  • Cutting and Reinforcement: Cut door and window openings according to design requirements. The cut parts should be rust-proofed and the structure should be reinforced to avoid affecting the overall strength of the container.
  • Thermal Insulation: Polyurethane foam boards or rock wool can be used to fill the wall cavities. An aluminum foil reflective film can be covered on the outer layer, and wooden or PVC decorative panels can be installed on the inner layer to improve thermal insulation performance.
  • Water and Electricity Systems: Water and electricity lines should be embedded in the wall or floor interlayers. Independent water tanks (it is recommended that the capacity be ≥ 200L) and lithium battery packs (it is recommended that the capacity be ≥ 400Ah) should be equipped to meet basic living needs.
  • Interior Decoration: Non-slip PVC floors or composite wood floors are recommended for the ground. Lightweight and environmentally friendly materials should be mainly used for the walls. Furniture should be given priority to foldable or modular designs.

4. Mobility Optimization If frequent movement is required, it is necessary to ensure that the total weight does not exceed the load limit of the truck chassis (usually ≤ 3.5 tons), and an independent suspension system should be installed to improve driving stability. In addition, a quick-disassembly structure can be designed to facilitate the separation of the container and the chassis during transportation.
