Container House Structure Pictures

Although container house structure pictures cannot be provided directly, their structural features can be described in detail:

Structural Framework

Container houses are based on standard containers, typically using high-strength weather-resistant steel (such as Q355B grade) as the main frame of the container body. The yield strength of this steel is about 30% higher than that of ordinary carbon steel, enabling a single container body with a length-to-width ratio close to 2:1 to form a self-balancing system through rigid connections between corner fittings and side beams. The longitudinal corrugated plates on the top of the container body not only bear the roof load but also disperse stress through their corrugated geometric shape, avoiding local buckling, reducing the need for additional reinforcement members, and lowering material consumption.

Envelope Structure

The envelope structure adopts a composite design, commonly a three-layer structure of "rock wool - air layer - aluminized zinc plate". The rock wool layer has a thickness of 75 mm to 100 mm, with the fiber arrangement direction perpendicular to the heat flow path, and the thermal conductivity is limited to below 0.040 W/(m·K). The 5 mm air layer in the middle inhibits convective heat transfer through a closed cavity, making the overall heat transfer coefficient (U-value) lower than 0.5 W/(m²·K), reducing the risk of condensation and extending the service life of the steel structure.

Connection Nodes

For areas with high seismic fortification intensity, a dual-fixing mode of "wedge-shaped lock + high-strength bolt" is introduced at the container body connections. The wedge-shaped lock is made of 45# steel through heat treatment, with a slope angle of 15 degrees, generating a self-locking effect under horizontal shear force. In vibration table tests simulating a rare 8-degree earthquake, the displacement is controlled within 3 mm, which is about 40% better than the deformation amplitude of conventional welded nodes, and it is convenient for secondary relocation and repeated assembly, reducing construction waste.

Surface Corrosion Protection

The coating system adopts a combination of "epoxy zinc-rich primer + polyurethane topcoat". The primer contains more than 80% zinc powder, protecting the base metal through the sacrificial anode principle; the topcoat is added with nano-silica particles, with a hardness of 3H level, resisting wind and sand erosion. In salt spray tests (ASTM B117 standard), the coating system withstands 1000 hours without red rust, equivalent to a 15-year protection cycle in coastal or industrial pollution environments, supporting a 25-year service life of the main structure of the container body.
