Container House Sizes

Container houses come in a variety of sizes. Common standard sizes include lengths of 3 meters, widths of 3 meters, and heights of 2.8 meters; lengths of 6 meters, widths of 3 meters, and heights of 2.8 meters; lengths of 7 meters, widths of 3 meters, and heights of 2.8 meters, among others. In addition, there are customized sizes and special-type sizes.

Standard Sizes

• 3m × 3m × 2.8m: With an area of 9 square meters, this size is relatively small. Since making such a small size may waste materials, it is usually produced only when customers have special requirements. It can be used as a construction site guard room or a small warehouse.
• 6m × 3m × 2.8m: Covering an area of 18 square meters, this is a commonly seen standard-sized container on the market. It is frequently used in construction sites and road construction projects. It can accommodate about 10 people and can also be converted into construction site toilets or kitchens.
• 7m × 3m × 2.8m: With an area of 21 square meters, most of these are used as two-story container mobile homes, featuring corridors and balconies, and can also be used independently.

Special-Type Sizes

• Single-box Mobile Home (Standard Room): It uses a 20-foot container with dimensions of 6058 × 2438 × 2680 (mm).
• Assembled Box-type Mobile Home: There are 40-foot, 60-foot, and 80-foot containers, etc. They can be assembled vertically or horizontally and can also be produced according to customer requirements.
• Folding Container Mobile Home: The standard sizes are designed according to international standard containers, with 20-foot (about 6 meters) and 40-foot (about 12 meters) options. Non-standard sizes are customized for special needs.
• Packing-type Container House: The internal dimensions are 5880mm (length), 2840mm (width), and 2500mm (height).
• Expandable Container House: The combined dimensions are 3 × 6 × 3m (width × length × height), and the expanded dimensions are 5.5 × 6 × 3m (width × length × height), with the indoor area expanding from 18 square meters to 33 square meters.

Customized Sizes

Customized types are generally made according to customer requirements. The size and area can be large or small, and specific details are determined through discussions with the manufacturer.
