Container House Sewage Facilities

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

The sewage facilities of container houses are designed in various ways and can be flexibly configured according to the usage scenarios. Common solutions include independent sewage storage tanks, direct connection to municipal sewage networks, microbial degradation, and vacuum suction systems.

Independent Sewage Storage Tank System

Suitable for scenarios without municipal sewage network connections, such as construction sites and temporary event venues. It is equipped with an independent sewage storage tank inside, achieving solid-liquid separation through gravity or micro-pumps, with feces and sewage stored separately. For example, the mobile toilets for temporary housing in Jinzhai adopt a high-strength color steel plate main structure with an integrated independent sewage storage tank inside. There are lifting holes reserved at the bottom for easy overall transfer and cleaning. This design does not require complex foundation construction, and the capacity of the sewage storage tank can be customized according to the number of users, typically ranging from 180L to 500L. When fully loaded, it is transported and treated by sewage suction trucks.

Direct Connection to Municipal Sewage Network System

Suitable for long-term fixed venues, such as scenic spots and nursing homes. Sewage pipes are pre-buried at the bottom of the container house and directly connected to the municipal sewage network through flange joints. For example, the ecological public toilets in Qinghai use microbial strains to accelerate feces degradation, achieving harmless treatment within 4-8 hours. The treated sewage is then discharged into the municipal sewage network through the sewage pipes. This design requires prior assessment of the site's water and electricity conditions to ensure that the sewage slope and pipe diameter comply with regulations.

Microbial Degradation System

Suitable for arid or water-scarce regions. It decomposes feces under water-free conditions by cultivating efficient microbial strains. For example, the microbial strains used in the ecological public toilets in Qinghai degrade feces 2-3 times faster than traditional strains. The excreta of 100 people can be degraded into harmless residues within 4-8 hours, and the residues can be buried on-site or used as fertilizer. This system requires ventilation devices to control odors, and the microbial strains need to be replenished regularly to maintain their activity.

Vacuum Suction System

Suitable for high-density pedestrian scenarios, such as railway stations and ships. It generates negative pressure through a micro vacuum pump to suction feces and sewage into a collection tank. For example, some container mobile toilets adopt a gravity self-suction septic tank combined with UPVC corrosion-resistant pipes to achieve solid-liquid separation and rapid sewage discharge. This system requires regular cleaning of the collection tank and stable power supply for the vacuum pump operation.
