Container House Security System

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

The container house security system can build an integrated security system through physical protection, intelligent access control, monitoring and alarm, fire protection linkage, and environmental monitoring technologies to meet the needs of anti-theft, anti-intrusion, fire warning, and personnel control.

1. Physical Protection and Structural Safety
The main body of the container house is made of high-strength steel (such as channel steel and angle steel) and fire-resistant materials. The door is equipped with a Class A high-quality steel warehouse door, which has anti-drilling, anti-cutting, and fire-resistant functions, and can resist illegal opening for more than 60 minutes. The door locks use bank-specific locks, mechanical combination locks, and dual-person verification smart locks, which require two people to operate simultaneously to prevent single-point breaches. Some customized container houses are also equipped with explosion-proof modules or nuclear bunkers, suitable for high-security scenarios.

2. Intelligent Access Control and Permission Management
Integrated fingerprint and facial recognition access control machines support simultaneous dual-person biometric (fingerprint/facial) verification, combined with multi-factor authentication such as PIN codes and dynamic passwords to ensure personnel access compliance. The access control system can be connected to an intelligent warehouse management platform to achieve remote approval, time restrictions, and automatic locking functions. For example, logistics parks can trace personnel activity trajectories through access control records, while construction sites use electronic fences to limit the movement range of container houses and prevent unauthorized relocation.

3. Monitoring and Alarm for Intrusion Detection
Infrared detectors, vibration sensors, and smoke detectors are deployed to monitor illegal intrusion, structural deformation, or fire hazards in real-time. The system supports alarm linkage, playing prompt sounds simultaneously after triggering signals and pushing warning information to management personnel. Some solutions also integrate Beidou+GPS dual-mode positioning to dynamically track the location of container houses through a cloud platform, automatically alarming if they deviate from preset routes or stay in non-designated areas for too long, effectively preventing cargo swapping or equipment loss.

4. Fire Safety and Emergency Response
Fire-resistant board core materials (such as rock wool) and flame-retardant coatings are used to delay the spread of fire. The fire monitoring system is linked with access control and alarm modules. In the event of a fire, escape routes are automatically unlocked, and emergency evacuation guidance is initiated. For example, logistics parks in storage and warehousing can set temperature and humidity thresholds to provide early warnings of electrical circuit overheating and other hazards, avoiding fire accidents similar to those caused by switch failures in container houses in Langfang City.

5. Environmental Monitoring and Full-Cycle Management
Temperature and humidity sensors and smoke concentration sensors are integrated to monitor the internal environment of container houses in real-time, with data synchronized to the management platform. The system supports log storage (≥1 year) and power-off endurance (≥48 hours) to ensure traceability of abnormal events. In addition, through Internet of Things technology, full-lifecycle traceability is achieved, allowing material sources, construction nodes, and maintenance records to be traceable, improving the transparency of safety management.
