Structure Diagram of Container House Roof
Admin 17 de septiembre de 2026
Currently, there is no specific structure diagram for container house roofs, but relevant structural information can be provided:

Green Roof Structure
A green roof can be constructed on a container house roof, with a structure similar to a 'sandwich cookie', composed of multiple layers.
- Waterproof Membrane: This is the basic protective layer of a green roof, requiring strong root resistance, such as EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) waterproof membrane. It effectively prevents plant roots from penetrating the roof, stops rainwater from leaking into the interior of the container, and ensures the waterproof performance of the house.
- Root Barrier: Further enhances the blocking effect on plant roots, preventing excessive root growth from damaging the roof structure. It works in conjunction with the waterproof membrane to provide dual protection for the roof.
- Drainage Layer: Usually made of gravel or special mats. Its function is to promptly drain excess water from the roof, preventing water accumulation from adversely affecting plant roots and the roof structure, and ensuring a suitable growing environment for plants.
- Filter Fabric: Placed above the drainage layer, its main function is to filter soil particles, preventing soil from being washed away with the water flow while allowing water to pass through smoothly, maintaining the stability of the soil.
- Lightweight Soil: Provides necessary nutrients and support for plant growth. Due to the limited load-bearing capacity of container house roofs, using lightweight soil can reduce the load on the roof and ensure the safety of the house structure.
- Plants: Choose appropriate plant species according to local climate conditions and design requirements, such as herbaceous plants and small shrubs. Plants not only beautify the environment but also provide heat insulation and noise reduction functions.
Tile Roof Structure
Container house roof tiles are a commonly used covering and protective material, generally made of color-coated steel.
- Tile Material: Color-coated steel tiles have the advantages of being lightweight, having high strength, and being corrosion-resistant, making them suitable for container house roofs. They come in a variety of colors and can be selected according to the overall architectural style.
- Installation Method: According to the design and layout, use welding equipment and appropriate welding materials (such as welding wire or welding rods) to weld the tiles together. This installation method ensures a firm connection between the tiles, effectively preventing rainwater leakage and improving the sealing and stability of the roof.
