Container House Radiator

Admin 16 de septiembre de 2026

When installing radiators in container houses, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the thermal insulation performance of the house, the type of radiator, and the installation method. By optimizing the thermal insulation structure, selecting appropriate radiators, and installing them scientifically, efficient heating can be achieved.

Thermal insulation treatment of container houses is fundamental

Container houses, made of metal with low specific heat capacity and fast heat transfer, require targeted upgrades to their thermal insulation systems. Filling the walls, roof, and floor with high-density thermal insulation materials (such as polystyrene boards and rock wool boards), and selecting thermal-break insulation doors and windows, can reduce heat loss. For example, Zhongye Zhichuang's low-temperature container house solution uses thermal insulation materials and thermal-break doors and windows to maintain a more stable indoor temperature and prevent condensation and mold. Additionally, attention should be paid to detail sealing during the construction of the thermal insulation layer, such as using sealant at material joints to prevent heat leakage.

The type of radiator should be adapted to the characteristics of container houses

  • Steel radiators: Such as steel two-column and seven-column radiators, are suitable for central heating or wall-mounted boiler systems due to their high heat dissipation efficiency and strong corrosion resistance. The steel seven-column radiator, with its multi-column three-dimensional heat dissipation and directional flow design, can solve the temperature stratification problem in tall spaces (such as logistics warehouses), ensuring uniform heat distribution and reducing temperature differences between upper and lower levels.
  • Low-carbon steel radiators: Such as the Bolin SUN-D2 model, feature a wall-mounted design that saves space and is suitable for the compact layout of container houses. Its dimensions (80cm×50cm×6.7cm) and weight (8.98KG) facilitate installation, and its safe and efficient material makes it suitable for long-term use in winter.

Installation methods should be scientifically planned

  • System matching: If central heating is used, ensure compatibility between the pipe connections and the radiator; if independent heating is used, pair it with an efficient wall-mounted boiler to balance comfort and energy consumption.
  • Location selection: Radiators should be installed in areas with strong cold air flow (such as below windows), utilizing the principle of hot air rising to form a convection cycle and improve heating efficiency.
  • Quantity calculation: Determine the number of radiators based on the house area, thermal insulation performance, and heat dissipation capacity of the radiators (e.g., the heat dissipation capacity of a single steel seven-column radiator is approximately 150-200W) to avoid insufficient heating or energy waste.

Auxiliary measures to enhance heating effects

  • Temperature control equipment: Combine with air conditioners, graphene floor heating, and other facilities to achieve multi-mode temperature regulation and adapt to different climatic conditions.
  • Regular maintenance: Check the radiator's sealing performance and whether the pipes are blocked to ensure efficient system operation.
