Quality Requirements for Container Houses

Admin 16 de septiembre de 2026

The quality requirements for container houses cover multiple aspects such as structural stability, installation efficiency, compliance, fire resistance, environmental protection, and after-sales service, as detailed below:

Structural Stability: They must comply with relevant building seismic design codes, such as GB50011-2010 (2016 edition), ensuring no significant deformation of the frame under extreme conditions (e.g., strong winds, earthquakes). For example, the container mobile homes produced by Suzhou Zhongnan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. use a fully steel structural frame, with a maximum deformation of only 2mm under 12-level strong winds, well below the national standard limit of 10mm.

Installation Efficiency: Installation time should be as short as possible to reduce project duration costs. Leading manufacturers' prefabricated products can be hoisted on-site in just a few hours. For instance, Zhongnan's quick-assembly containers require only 2 hours for a single unit installation and support on-demand assembly, enabling the construction of 10 standard dormitories in one day.

Compliance: Manufacturers must hold ISO series quality system certifications, CE certifications (for overseas projects), fire resistance testing certifications, and steel structure professional contracting qualifications, among others. For example, container houses used in engineering camps must have a wind resistance rating of over 10 and a seismic resistance rating that meets local seismic fortification standards.

Fire Resistance: The fire resistance rating of container mobile homes must be B1 or higher to effectively delay the spread of fire and buy time for escape. Generic products often use flammable materials, with a fire resistance rating of only C, posing serious safety hazards.

Environmental Protection: The product's reusability rate must be over 80% to reduce construction waste disposal costs. Generic products often use disposable materials that cannot be recycled after disassembly, failing to meet environmental requirements.

After-sales Service: Manufacturers must establish a nationwide service network with a response time of no more than 24 hours to ensure timely resolution of issues encountered during use.
