Container House Quality Judgment Chart
Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026
The quality of container houses should be comprehensively evaluated from multiple aspects such as structure, materials, functionality, and safety:

I. Structure and Materials
- Main Frame: High-quality container houses use thickened galvanized square tube frames, which have strong anti-corrosion properties and can adapt to outdoor environments. Inferior products use thin-walled ordinary steel, which is prone to rusting, deformation, and has insufficient wind resistance.
- Enclosure Panels: The walls should use Class A fire-resistant sandwich panels, which take into account both thermal insulation and fire safety. The exterior wall decorative panels need to have good weather resistance, such as metal carved panels or automotive-grade paint, to avoid fading and aging.
- Roof Waterproofing: High-quality products adopt a multi-layer waterproof structure, with reinforced sealing at seams and screw points, and their performance is verified through water spray tests. Inferior products simply apply glue, which is prone to cracking and leaking.
II. Functionality and Practicality
- Internal Configuration: Regular manufacturers will pre-bury electrical circuit pipelines and protect the wires with tubes to avoid on-site wiring hazards. It is necessary to confirm whether the quoted price includes hoisting, transportation, and basic supporting costs to prevent budget overruns.
- Space Design: The standard size of containers is limited, so space expansion through container combination is required. However, attention should be paid to the firmness of welding, especially during multi-story or horizontal splicing.
- Environmental Adaptability: Metal materials are prone to heat conduction, so insulation and cooling systems need to be strengthened. In cold regions, the thickness of the insulation layer needs to be increased to ensure comfort in both winter and summer.
III. Safety
- Fire Hazards: Some low-priced products use flammable materials such as polystyrene and polyurethane foam, which burn rapidly and are highly toxic. Class A fire-resistant materials such as rock wool panels and fire-resistant cotton should be selected.
- Electrical Safety: Wires need to be protected with sleeves. Socket and switch boxes should be made of metal galvanized boxes and installed openly. Simple fire-fighting equipment should be equipped. Avoid placing heat sources and fire sources close to containers.
- Structural Stability: The thickness of columns should be no less than 1mm. Channel steel should be used for welding the main beams to ensure earthquake resistance and deformation resistance. When combining and installing, a safe distance should be maintained to prevent the spread of fire.
IV. Matching with Usage Scenarios and Needs
- Domestic Users: They prioritize functionality and cost-effectiveness, and container houses are commonly used in scenarios such as construction site dormitories and temporary offices. It is necessary to check the thickness of steel, fire rating, waterproofing, and thermal insulation properties.
- Overseas Users: They pursue a balance between appearance and functionality, using container houses for commercial displays, online celebrity homestays, etc. They have high requirements for exterior design and color matching, and at the same time, they need to meet safety regulations.
