Container House Production Process
The production process of container houses mainly includes steps such as design, steel processing, wall and roof panel processing, pre-installation, trial assembly, and on-site installation.

Design Phase: Complete structural design and detailed drawings according to user requirements, clarifying the size, layout, and functionality of the house.
Steel Processing:
- Cutting and Welding: Cut the steel according to the design drawings to form the various components needed for the frame. Then, perform welding work to weld components such as the chassis beams, columns, and roof ring beams into an overall frame. Welding quality is crucial; it is necessary to ensure that the welds are full and free of cold welds to ensure structural stability.
- Surface Treatment: Perform surface treatment on the welded frame, such as grinding and rust removal, and apply galvanizing or anti-corrosion coating to extend its service life.
Wall and Roof Panel Processing:
- Composite Processing: Select insulation materials such as rock wool, glass wool, or polyurethane and perform composite processing with wall and roof panels to form panels with thermal insulation and fire resistance properties.
- Cladding Treatment: Cover the surface of the panels with materials such as metal sheets or calcium silicate boards to enhance appearance quality and durability.
Pre-installation: Perform pre-installation of systems such as doors, windows, electrical, and plumbing in the factory to ensure precise matching of components and reduce on-site construction time.
Trial Assembly: Conduct trial assembly before leaving the factory to check the matching degree between components and ensure there are no errors before disassembly and transportation to the site.
On-site Installation: Lift the modules into place and assemble them according to the design drawings to complete the overall construction of the house. The on-site installation process is simple and fast, significantly shortening the construction period.
