   • Panel Installation and Alignment: Apply special adhesive to the top and joint surfaces of the panels, hoist them to the installation position, and adjust the verticality and flatness (using a level and laser level).
   • Gap Treatment: Fill the bottom gaps with mortar and the top gaps with foam, hang mesh fabric between panels for patching, and apply special repair compound.
   • Slotting and Structural Columns: Cut slots for embedding conduits 14 days after installation; reserve positions for structural columns if the wall length exceeds 6 meters for subsequent unified construction.

2. Risk Control

   • Transportation Protection: Bind the ends of the panels 600mm apart with nylon slings, lift no more than 2 tons at a time, stack no more than two layers, and place wooden sleepers at the bottom.
   • Moisture Protection and Age: Protect against moisture during transportation and on-site, and prohibit the use of panels less than 28 days old.
   • Drawing Deepening: Communicate with suppliers 1-2 months in advance to optimize the design of irregular panels such as corners and door jambs.

1. Installation Steps

   • Foundation Preparation: Ensure the floor or wall surface is flat and can be fixed without gluing.
   • Assembly Structure: Fix the panel body with columns and top channels, screw self-tapping screws into pre-punched holes, and complete assembly with two people.
   • Functional Adaptation: Choose rock wool core material (for thermal insulation and soundproofing) or foam sandwich (for lightness) according to needs, and reserve door and window positions.
