Container House Mobility

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

Container houses have excellent mobility, primarily reflected in convenient transportation, overall migration capability, and rapid assembly and disassembly.

Convenient Transportation: Container houses use standard containers as carriers, with common sizes of 20 feet and 40 feet. Their main structures are made of high-strength steel, providing outstanding compressive and seismic resistance. The structures are robust, and the sealing process is rigorous, effectively preventing leakage and moisture, ensuring safety and stability during transportation. This standardized design allows them to directly utilize the existing logistics transportation system, enabling long-distance and large-scale transportation via trucks, trains, ships, and other means. This is particularly suitable for engineering teams that require frequent relocation or highly mobile individual users, such as construction site project departments and exploration teams, allowing for rapid transportation of the houses to different locations for use.

Overall Migration Capability: For scenarios with frequent project mobility, such as temporary exhibitions and outdoor camping, container houses can be relocated as a whole using trailers without the need for disassembly and reconstruction. During migration, their integrated molding design and built-in load-bearing framework ensure the structural integrity, avoiding potential structural damage and safety hazards that may arise from disassembly and reassembly. After the project is completed, they can be quickly relocated to a new site for continued use, greatly improving the efficiency and flexibility of house utilization.

Rapid Assembly and Disassembly: Container houses adopt a modular design, supporting rapid assembly and disassembly without the need for foundation construction. They can be put into use immediately after being connected to electricity and water. Some foldable container houses compress their volume during transportation and can be unfolded on-site within 30 minutes for a single unit. Assembled container houses, composed of light steel frames and color steel plates, can be modularly assembled on-site and flexibly expanded according to the number of occupants and functional zoning. This characteristic of rapid assembly and disassembly enables container houses to be flexibly adjusted and optimized according to different usage requirements and site conditions, further enhancing their mobility and adaptability.
