Container House Installation Qualification

Generally, there are no specific unified qualification requirements for container house installation, but it involves various conditions and considerations, and different scenarios have different requirements for installation personnel and enterprises.

Requirements for Installation Personnel

• Professional Skills and Experience: Some installation positions have clear requirements for personnel's skills and experience. For example, job postings show that installation workers need to have experience in steel structure installation, be able to install and assemble container houses according to drawings, hold a fitter's certificate, have 3 - 5 years of installation work experience, and be familiar with reading drawings. This indicates that installation personnel need to possess certain professional skills and experience to accurately complete the installation of container houses and ensure installation quality.
• Age Limit: Some positions have age requirements for installation personnel. For instance, the above-mentioned installation worker position requires candidates to be under 40 years old, likely considering factors such as work intensity and physical condition.

Requirements for Installation Enterprises

• Basic Qualification Conditions: In government procurement projects and the like, there are strict qualification requirements for enterprises participating in the procurement and installation of container houses. They should be non-foreign-funded sole proprietorships or holding enterprises, have the ability to perform contracts and good business reputation, and have dedicated business premises and multiple product supply channels. These requirements aim to ensure that enterprises have sufficient strength and reputation to complete container house installation projects.

Installation Technical Requirements

• Performance Testing: During the installation of container houses, attention should be paid to testing for airtightness, thermal insulation, waterproofing, fire resistance, and moisture resistance to ensure subsequent use safety.
• Concealed Works: Concealed works include water installation, electrical installation, moisture-proofing, and waterproofing, etc. Every link cannot be ignored; otherwise, it may lead to serious economic losses or even harm to personal safety.
• Drainage and Water Supply: Container houses are of integral iron structure. During installation, the ground level should be higher than the surrounding area. Drainage ditches should be excavated around the container body. In summer and rainy seasons, a gable-type canopy should be added on the top for drainage. For water supply, it can be connected to the municipal water supply system or additional water tanks can be installed.
