Full Process of Container House Installation

Admin 17 de septiembre de 2026

The full process of container house installation mainly includes steps such as determining the site and foundation, making on-site adjustments, erecting columns and beams, installing containers, and installing roof and exterior wall facilities.

Determining the Site and Foundation: This is the first step in the installation. Choose a flat, dry, and well-drained site, and clear away any debris and garbage on the site. Then, measure the site and determine the type of foundation based on the actual situation. Common foundation types include steel foundations, concrete foundations, or timber foundations. The foundation must be sturdy and reliable, as it is the foundation for the stability of the entire container house. If the foundation is unstable, problems may arise during subsequent installation and use.

Making On-Site Adjustments: After determining the installation direction and position of the container house, use a leveling instrument or other tools to ensure it is level. At the same time, carefully inspect the container house for any damage or defects, such as dents or cracks in the body, and check if the surface of the body is smooth to avoid affecting subsequent installation and use due to body issues.

Erecting Columns and Beams: Fix the steel columns to the foundation according to the design requirements, ensuring the verticality and stability of the steel columns in this step. Then, install the beams according to the design requirements. The columns and beams form the frame structure of the container house and are an important part of the load-bearing system. Their installation quality directly affects the overall strength and safety of the house.

Installing Containers: Containers have undergone necessary pre-processing, such as cutting and reinforcement, at the manufacturer's site. At the installation site, use appropriate tools and manpower to transport, position, and install the containers, and connect them according to actual needs to ensure that the connections between the containers are tight and stable.

Installing Roof and Exterior Wall Facilities: Install facilities such as doors, windows, roof panels, skylights, and rainwater pipes. During the installation process, strictly follow the design requirements to ensure the accuracy and rationality of the installation. This not only ensures the overall aesthetics of the container house but also ensures its practicality. For example, proper installation of rainwater pipes can prevent water leakage in the house.

In addition, for mobile container houses, the first step is to build the bottom frame; when installing some container houses, a 10mm hex drill bit is required to remove the M12×40 hex socket head cap screws at the corners; the installation of detachable container houses is a full screw assembly process.
