Installation Process of Container Houses
The installation process of container houses mainly includes several key steps: determining the site and foundation, making on-site adjustments, erecting columns and beams, installing containers, and installing roof and exterior wall facilities.

Firstly, determining the site and foundation is the foundational step of the installation. Choose a flat, dry, and well-drained site, and clear away debris and garbage from the site. Then, measure the site and determine the type of foundation based on the actual situation. Common foundation types include steel foundations, concrete foundations, or wooden foundations, ensuring that the foundation is sturdy and reliable to provide stable support for subsequent installations.
Secondly, make on-site adjustments. After determining the installation direction and position of the container house, use a leveling instrument or other tools to ensure its levelness. At the same time, carefully inspect the container house for any damage or defects, as well as the smoothness of its surface, to avoid issues that may affect use and safety.
Next, erect columns and beams. Fix the steel columns to the foundation according to design requirements, and then install the beams according to the design. This step is crucial for constructing the frame structure of the container house and is an important part of the load-bearing system. It must be carried out strictly in accordance with design specifications to ensure the stability of the frame.
After that, install containers. Containers have undergone necessary pre-processing at the manufacturer, such as cutting and reinforcement. At the installation site, appropriate tools and manpower are required for handling, positioning, and installation, and connections are made according to requirements. When installing some container houses, it may also be necessary to remove the M12×40 hexagon socket screws at the corners.
Finally, install roof and exterior wall facilities. This includes doors, windows, roof panels, skylights, rainwater pipes, etc., which should be installed appropriately according to design requirements to ensure the overall aesthetic appeal and practicality of the container house. In addition, for mobile container houses, a bottom frame needs to be erected during installation to provide stable bottom support for the entire house.
