The installation of container houses mainly includes steps such as bottom frame installation, main frame expansion and stabilization, wall installation, and floor laying. The installation steps vary for different types of container houses.

Assembly-type Container Panel House Installation

1. Bottom Frame Installation: On a flat ground or workbench, connect the bottom corners of the container to the bottom beams using hexagon socket bolts, but do not tighten them temporarily. After adjusting to ensure that the diagonal difference of the bottom frame is ≤3mm, tighten the bolts.
2. Secondary Beam Installation: Install π-shaped secondary beams according to the positioning hole positions on the long beams. Fix them with m5.519 self-tapping screws, and at the same time, fix the π-shaped secondary beams to the top of the bottom beams with st4.816 round-head self-drilling screws.
3. Floor Substrate Laying: Lay the floor substrate (magnesium oxide board) along the 6-meter direction. Pre-drill holes at both ends of the substrate and cut the corners according to the marked chalk lines.
4. Floor Laying and Fixing: Mark the centerline of the π-shaped beams. Start laying the floor from one end, making the joint coincide with the centerline of the π-shaped beams. After laying, snap chalk lines according to the marks and fix the floor along the chalk lines with st4.2*38 cross-head flat-tail screws at intervals of 300 - 350mm.
5. Floor Treatment: Sand the entire floor, especially the joints between the boards. Apply PVC special floor adhesive, wait for 10 - 15 minutes, then lay the floor covering, expel the air, and if possible, perform welding treatment on the joints of the floor covering.

Foldable Container Mobile House Installation

1. Main Frame Expansion: Check the stability of the steel wire ropes, lift the main frame and expand it steadily, and place support rods in the middle of the container to keep it stable.
2. Wall Installation: Push open one wall and tighten it with fastening screws. Then push open the other wall with doors and windows and tighten the screws.
3. Positioning and Placement: Lift the folded container house to the predetermined installation position and lower it after ensuring that there is no one around.
