Container House Installation Flow Chart

Admin 17 de septiembre de 2026

The installation process for container houses is as follows:

Bottom Frame Installation: First, assemble the bottom frame on a flat ground or workbench. Initially connect the bottom corners of the container to the bottom beams using hex socket bolts, without fully tightening them. After adjusting the diagonal error of the bottom frame to be ≤3mm, fully tighten the bolts. This step ensures the bottom frame is square and provides a stable foundation for subsequent installations.

Secondary Beam Installation: Based on the positioning holes on the bottom beams, install π-shaped secondary beams and secure them with m5.5×19 self-tapping screws. Additionally, install st4.8×16 round-head drill-tail screws on top of the π-shaped secondary beams and bottom beams. Double fixation enhances structural stability and prevents the secondary beams from shifting.

Floor Base Plate Installation: Lay magnesium oxide floor base plates along the 6-meter direction. The base plates at both ends are pre-drilled but require cutting at the chalk lines. Ensure precise cutting so that the base plates fit snugly against the edges of the bottom frame, preventing gaps during subsequent floor installation.

Marking and Floor Installation: Mark the centerline of the π-shaped beams and start laying the floor from one end, ensuring the joints align with the centerline. After laying, snap chalk lines along the centerline (two chalk lines are needed at the joints, each offset 20mm from the centerline). Secure the floor with st4.2×38 cross-head flat-tail screws, spacing the nails 300-350mm apart. This step requires strict alignment with the centerline to ensure floor flatness.

Floor Treatment: Sand the entire floor, focusing on the joints between plates. Apply PVC-specific floor adhesive and wait 10-15 minutes before laying the floor covering. Use tools to expel air between the floor covering and base plates during installation. If possible, weld the joints to prevent the floor covering from curling or water seepage.

Wall Panel Installation: Determine the positions of the exterior wall panels according to their numbers and install wall panel clamps at the top, securing them with nuts. Install the exterior wall panels sequentially, inserting the protrusions into the grooves to form a sealed structure. Install Z-shaped trim at the joints, type-I trim at the joints between wall panels and the base, and L-shaped trim at the corners, all secured with flat-head self-tapping screws. Ensure the trim fits tightly against the wall panels.

Galvanized Channel Installation: Fix ground and wall galvanized channels at marked positions using flat-head self-tapping screws. Insert the interior wall panels into the channels in order and secure them, then install L-shaped trim to complete the interior wall enclosure.

Electrical Installation: Install electrical components such as residual current circuit breakers, ceiling light switches, and sockets at the reserved positions, complying with electrical safety regulations to avoid exposed wiring or short circuits.

Other Installations: Remove the M12×40 hex socket bolts from the corners, hoist the ceiling mounts, and connect the corner posts to the top and base mounts to complete the overall structural enclosure.
