Container House Installation Design Drawing

Admin 17 de septiembre de 2026

The installation design drawing of a container house requires comprehensive consideration of multiple factors, covering key aspects such as design content, production, and installation processes.

Design Basis and Content
The core basis for the installation design drawing of a container house is customer requirements, building dimensions, and functional needs. For example, if a customer needs a 3×6 container house, the design must clarify its intended use (such as residential, office, or commercial purposes) to determine the internal space layout. The design content typically includes first and second-floor design plans, which display the division of functional areas (such as bedrooms, living rooms, and bathrooms); rendering images, which visually present the house's exterior and interior decoration styles through 3D rendering, helping customers preview the finished product in advance; and installation diagrams, which mark the assembly methods, connection points, and fixed positions of the containers to ensure precise assembly during construction.

Production and Transportation Process
After the design drawing is confirmed, it needs to be sent to the production factory for material preparation and production. The factory will cut container panels and process connecting components according to the dimensions, materials, and structural requirements specified in the design drawing. The production cycle is generally around 5 days, depending on the complexity of the house and the factory's production capacity. After production is completed, the container modules need to be transported to the installation site. During transportation, attention must be paid to securing measures to prevent module deformation or damage, especially for long-distance transportation, which requires the use of professional transport vehicles.

On-site Installation Characteristics
Container houses adopt a fully prefabricated structure, enabling fast installation and a short construction period. For example, with 100 container modules, installation can be completed in about 3 days, thanks to the standardized interfaces and prefabricated production of modular design. During installation, follow the guidance of the installation diagram to sequentially complete the lifting, assembly, and fixation of the modules, while ensuring that the embedding and connection of water and electricity lines comply with design requirements. Additionally, professional tools (such as high-strength bolts and welding equipment) must be used during installation to ensure structural stability, and technical personnel should conduct quality inspections to ensure the house meets safety standards.
