Container House Hydraulic Lifting
The container house hydraulic lifting system is mainly realized through equipment such as hydraulic lifts, loading bridges, and loading and unloading platforms. Its core is to use the hydraulic system to provide power to achieve the lifting, loading and unloading, or height adjustment of container houses. The following are specific classifications and descriptions:

1. Hydraulic Lift Equipment
Hydraulic lifts are the core equipment for the lifting of container houses and can be divided into two types: fixed and mobile.
- Fixed Hydraulic Lifts: These are mostly used for transporting goods between floors or for vertical transportation in warehouses. They can be installed indoors or outdoors and have strong load-bearing capacities (for example, the load-bearing capacity of guide rail lifts can reach several tons). They drive the lifting platform up and down through the hydraulic system to achieve the vertical movement of container houses.
- Mobile Hydraulic Lifts: These are mainly made of scissor-type or aluminum alloy materials and have the characteristic of flexible movement. They are suitable for scenarios that require frequent position adjustments (such as construction sites and logistics centers). They provide power through a hydraulic pump station to achieve the rapid lifting of container houses.
2. Loading Bridge Equipment
Loading bridges are dedicated equipment for connecting trucks and container houses. They adjust the height through the hydraulic system to achieve rapid loading and unloading of goods.
- Mobile Loading Bridges: These come with their own hydraulic systems and can manually or electrically adjust the height of the ramp. After docking with the container house, they form a stable passage and are suitable for temporary loading and unloading scenarios.
- Fixed Loading Bridges: These are installed on the ground and are fixedly connected to the container house through hydraulic devices. They are used for long-term cargo transfer between forklifts and trucks and have strong stability.
3. Loading and Unloading Platform Equipment
Loading and unloading platforms are transition devices between container houses and transport vehicles, with the hydraulic system being their core power source.
- Hydraulic Fixed Loading Bridges: These drive the platform up and down through hydraulic cylinders. After aligning with the door opening of the container house, they achieve obstacle-free loading and unloading of goods, with a load-bearing capacity of more than 10 tons.
- Mobile Loading and Unloading Platforms: These integrate the hydraulic system with a wheeled structure and can be quickly moved to different positions. They adjust the platform height through hydraulics to meet the loading and unloading needs of container houses of different vehicle models.
