Container House Heat Dissipation Issues

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

The heat dissipation issues of container houses can be comprehensively addressed by optimizing the insulation structure, adopting heat dissipation designs, and combining ventilation and shading measures. The specific methods are as follows:

1. Optimize the insulation structure
The insulation performance of container houses directly affects heat dissipation. The conventional design employs a three-layer structure: the outer layer is made of anti-corrosion color-coated steel plate, which can reflect part of the sunlight; the middle layer is filled with over 50mm of polyurethane foam, blocking heat conduction; the inner layer consists of fire-resistant gypsum board and moisture-proof film, working together to control humidity and stabilize temperature. Such a structure can make the temperature rise inside the container in summer 22 minutes slower than that outside, and in winter, the indoor temperature only drops by 1.3℃ after being closed for 8 hours, significantly reducing temperature fluctuations. If further improvement in insulation efficiency is required, sandwich panels with aluminum foil reflective layers can be selected, with a heat transfer coefficient of ≤0.45W/(㎡·K) and an insulation efficiency 1.8 times that of traditional brick-and-mortar walls.

2. Adopt heat dissipation and cooling designs
Some patented technologies enhance heat dissipation through physical means. For example, the outer layer uses a porous structure and heat-insulating paint, the middle layer is filled with materials that can adsorb working substances (such as silica gel), which absorb heat through the evaporation of the working substances, and the inner layer is equipped with an insulating foam sandwich panel. Such designs can reduce the indoor temperature using the principle of evaporative heat absorption and reduce air conditioning energy consumption. In addition, by connecting to a wastewater treatment system and introducing filtered domestic wastewater into the middle layer, water resource recycling and cooling can be achieved simultaneously.

3. Combine ventilation and shading measures
Ventilation design is a key heat dissipation method. Adjustable shading canopies are installed on the top of the container, and ventilation slots are reserved at the bottom to create natural convection and lower the indoor temperature. For example, a café in Moganshan adopts a double-layer container structure, combined with shading canopies and ventilation slots, and the indoor environment remains comfortable in the afternoon without turning on the air conditioning. In terms of shading, sloped roofs and wide floor-to-ceiling windows can reduce direct sunlight and prevent heat accumulation.

4. Select high-heat-dissipation materials
Material selection directly affects heat dissipation efficiency. For example, composite materials consisting of black steel plates lined with polystyrene foam or increasing the thickness of the foam layer can improve insulation performance. Rock wool, as a Class A fire-resistant material, combines heat insulation and sound absorption functions and is suitable for scenarios with high safety requirements.
