Heat Dissipation Methods for Container Houses

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

The heat dissipation methods for container houses mainly include material insulation, structural heat dissipation, physical evaporation heat absorption, and auxiliary ventilation heat dissipation, etc.. Details are as follows:

Material Insulation: Container houses reduce heat transfer by using materials with insulating properties. For example, the outer layer uses anti-corrosion color-coated steel sheets to reflect sunlight, the middle layer is filled with polyurethane foam layers over 50mm thick to block heat conduction, and the inner layer uses fire-resistant gypsum boards in conjunction with moisture-proof films to control humidity and stabilize temperature. Additionally, rock wool also has certain insulating effects and can be used in the construction of container houses. These materials work together to effectively reduce the heat transfer coefficient of container houses and improve their thermal insulation performance.

Structural Heat Dissipation: Some container houses are designed with special heat dissipation structures, such as outer heat dissipation layers that use a porous structure in combination with insulating paint to enhance heat insulation and dissipation effects. This design helps to dissipate the heat absorbed by the container house more quickly into the air, thereby lowering the indoor temperature.

Physical Evaporation Heat Absorption: Some innovative container house designs adopt physical evaporation heat absorption methods to achieve cooling. For example, an intermediate absorption layer is used to adsorb a mobile working fluid, which absorbs heat from the walls through evaporation to cool them down. Additionally, there is a method of filtering and treating daily domestic wastewater and then introducing it into the intermediate absorption layer for wall cooling, which is both environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.

Auxiliary Ventilation Heat Dissipation: To further improve the heat dissipation effect of container houses, auxiliary ventilation heat dissipation measures can also be taken. For example, adjustable sunshade canopies and bottom ventilation slots can be installed on container houses to utilize natural wind for ventilation and air exchange, lowering the indoor temperature. At the same time, reasonable door and window designs can also promote air circulation and improve indoor comfort.
